“Breathtaking !!!!”
Reviewed July 29, 2014 via mobile

Going to Kayangan lake is worth it. You need to climb up 150 steps and another 150 going down the lake. But worth it.. The water is crystal clear, bluish green in color. Very serene , you will feel like your one with nature... Beware of the Mosquitos , better lather with mosquito repellant before going...

Worth all the trekking to see Kayangan Lake!!!!!

“Stunning!”
Reviewed July 25, 2014

The water is so clear you can see everything below! I enjoy swimming this body of water that is intricately placed in the middle of those ragged rocks. Work your cardio as you go up and down with the stairs- be careful it might be slippery. It is so pristine you wouldn't like to stop floating and swimming. The view at the top makes you awe of how beautiful our world is. It is beautiful. Palawan your the best. :-)

“Postcard vacation”
Reviewed July 22, 2014

I liked the isolation of the place and the quick dip in the clear emerald green waters that are nothing like the sea or lakes that I have been with my family. Serene and magnificent rock formations. Reminds me of the spires in Spain (La Sagrada Familia)

“Spectacular Scenery”
Reviewed July 21, 2014

This is a wonderful natural crater lake that is 30% salt water and very clear. The lake was only discovered about 14 years ago and is still pristine for the moment. The trek up the stairs may be arduous for the more senior tourists but you can rest at the top and take in the stunning views.
Watch out for the mosquitos they will eat you alive.

“The unique cleanest lake in Asia”
Reviewed July 10, 2014

Kayangan lake is an usual stop for island hopping tour. An Artificial stone stairs leads from the entrance to a small cave that provides the most breathtaking beauty of this place. DONT MISS IT!

Accessible by a steep 10-minute down stairs from the cave, the crystal-clear waters of Kayangan Lake are nestled into the mountain walls; underwater is like a moonscape. There’s a little wooden walkway and platform to stash your things if you go for a swim. U can open your eyes underwater and see clearly everything about the vivid life into it when having sunshine.
Absolutely beautiful ~ I can spend all day just swimming around and float my body on the water.
Be cafeful when snokeling/swimming coz the underwater rocks around the lake are sharp!
