This is a really depressing hotel in Coron...near the cemetery and on a weird and dark street. The rooms were small and not very clean. The breakfast was so poor and the coffee simply awful. Too expensive for what they offer. I don't recommend...
Service no good we arrived in the morning and the staff give us two single bed and we complain they said there's no available we called the agent and then later on they gave us another room but we waited hours we keep follow up them and the staff said the key to that room was lost so waited and then my fiancee follow up them again and then they just sitting in the reception and the key was there they didn't even go with us to tell it's ready.the next day we orders breakfast it's not available the one we wanted and it's only 8am.and the last day we asked a cream for our coffee they gave us a liquid cream which is tuning out of date we told the staff and didn't do anything about it and the staff said it's running out of stock then all of the sudden one staff make a coffee with a cream on it.what an insult for us.and the receptionist they having argument in front of us which I think it's unacceptable for any kind.i won't recommend this hotel it's bad service.
Stayed for two nights. The hotel is not central but you can reached it really easy walking. Basic room, good toilet, they dont clean the room unless asked. they can book for you any tours and even the ferry to el nido. Staff in general friendly a part of the manager.
Stayed here from April 9-12, 2018. Encountered no problem checking in. Clean, comfortable rooms. Though they gave us a room next to the breakfast hall and reception area. A bit noisy every morning coz of all the guests on the lobby. Room has hot and cold shower. Only problem we encountered was ordering breakfast. I waited for exactly 1 hour for my meal to arrive. Same time it arrived when the van tours come to pick us up for the island hopping. Over all the place is clean and fairly new. Walking distance to the main road.
I just want to say a big thank you to the staff at coron visitors hotel for making our stay as comfortable as possible.
I stayed there with my eight year old daughter and came down with amoeba (parasites of the stomach) from a recent visit to El Nido a nearby island.
I woke in the morning and could hardly walk, my daughter went down to the front counter and told the staff.
They went above and beyond to help us, they took me to a doctor and stayed with me the whole time 24 hrs hooked up to iv. They helped with my daughter, bought clothes, toothbrushes, towels etc and were a real comfort (as good as family) being sick in a foreign country.
I would highly highly recommend this hotel it is clean and tidy and has good facilities but the staff are the true asset to this hotel.
