This Khmer-Thai joint border-market got loads of stuff. It's a bit infamous among Thais believing many of the clothes comes from soldiers who died in the war or similar. I would take any such claims with a grain of salt.
I bought a few military style pants here back in 2006, and I still use the very same pants today 2014, so there's good quality to be found. Beware of pickpockets, I'm not sure of their policy now, but when I used to live in the area in 2007 pickpocketing kids had their heads shaved. So if any kids with shaved heads come up too close be a bit on your guard regarding wallet and passport etc.

Rong kluea market, located near the cambodian-thai border crossing at poipet/aranya prathet, is a huge sprawling place. Prices are significantly cheaper than in bkk, but more expensive that local markets in siem reap and battambang. However, quality is a lot poorer than what's available in bkk as well.

I visited the Market on the 23rd January 2014 over several hours.
It is very interesting strolling around.
A very big part of the clothes and plush toys are second hand, so you can buy very cheap.
The Market Area is dirty and dusty.
I think you can buy better in Bangkok in Pratunam and China Town.
The Chatuchak Market in Bangkok is a Tourist Market and very expensive.

This market is huge, enormous, gigantic and is the best market I have ever been to, it is about 3 hours in a coach from Bangkok but I believe there are regular coaches going to and from to make access good.
The market itself sprawls out from the main entrance (which is also very close to the boarder with Cambodia, you can see it through the trees and is used by ex pats for Visa crossings), a wide open space taken over by thousands of stalls and shops as far as the eye can see, we spent 6 hours here and I don't think we covered 20% of it.
Whatever you want you can get here, if you can find it due to the shear size of the place.
Football Kits, "Designer" hand bags, Polo shirts, Dress Shirts, Shoes, Trainers, Football Boots, sporting equipment, sun glasses, watches, towels, household goods, toys basically think of something you want and it will be here and when you have run out of money there are even mainstream banks on site to offer currency and cash points, as well as the goods there is also a massive food market and loads of fast food available to keep your energy levels up.
We ended up buying a new case due to the amount of stuff we bought, football kits from £2, Ralph Lauren / LeCoste /Quick Silver polo T-Shirts from £1.60, Prada, Gucci, Chanel and many more top quality hand bags from £8 up, all the traders are pleasant unlike Jakuchat market in Bangkok and will all offer discounts on multiple items, this is a market you have to go to if you like shopping..I'm disappointed i didn't buy more now i'm back in the UK
An absolute must visit when in Thailand
