Review of Gush Etzion Winery

Gush Etzion Winery
Certificate of Excellence
Description: dairy- fish restaurant. kashrut mehdrin. The restaurant's view is the winery and the vinyades around. Our Visitors Center dwells within the landscape of breathtaking vineyards, deep within the Judean hills. We warmly invite you to visit us, to breathe in the clear Gush Etzion air and enjoy our assorted wines. We offer a professional explanation on the wine producing process, both in ancient and modern times; wine tasting; jeep tours of the vineyards; and a beautiful wine gallery and shop, including a wide array of wines and wine accessories.

I've been to other wineries, and this is not the largest one of them. It's a boutique winery, cute and family friendly.
But it's not just about the wine.
Just hearing the story and seeing this establishment in the heart of Gush Etzion is trully inspiring.
Obviously ending the visit with lunch at the dairy restaurant is a nice bonus as well :-)
