Our reservation was not ok in Beauly and we were obliged to drive to Cannich nearby the Glen Afric (after 16 miles in the forest and the night). We were friendly received by our guests. ...and enjoyed fully our stay. Very comfortable room, breakfast +++ and sympathic relationships with our guests. To recommand warmly ! We spent ten days touring Scotland. After our one night with Liz and John, we felt we ought to have stayed here and taken day trips. Oh, well, we hope there will be a second chance. Wonderful hosts, great house, beautiful area and the best breakfast we had in Scotland.

We stayed in the Stalkers wing 7 adults and a baby, snd had a brilliant week there. Liz and Jon were friendly, the house was clean and tidy, a decent amount of space for everyone, comfy beds, great facilities and even some delicious fresh eggs. It was a beautiful peaceful location. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it! :)

We stayed in a splendid four poster bed room. Our hosts couldn't do enough for us - we were treated as if were part of their family. Parts of the old Caledonian pine forest were within easy reach and there was good birdwatching to be had in the private grounds of Kerrow House.

The last time we stayed at Kerrow house was April 2010. And although we have visited Scotland in the years after, we never forgotten our stay with John and Liz at Kerrow.
This time, rather than one of the lodges, we stayed in the fisherman's cottage. The quality of the interior was lovely and nothing had been skimped. Dishwasher, fridge freezer, 6 foot wide bed and the most amazing shower ! I could live in this place !!
Then there is Liz with her endless supply of eggs and, her attention to making sure we had fresh bedding and towels.
I should really keep this place a secret or we won't get booked in next year. I should also add that they do B&B in the main house.
There are excellent eateries around Cannich, one being the Tomich ( look it up) and walks through Glen Affrich to see the Loch, plodda falls and dog falls. The scenery is amazing. A great place to chill out.
Thank you Liz and John for a lovely time.

Room Tip: Cottages or lodges are all of a high standard.
