We booked with Glass House in June for a September stay. We carefully read the contract which explained payment and said that we would be reimbursed in the event of a hurricane. We assumed that they would follow through, but had no idea that Natasha would be more concerned with taking great care of us and our need than with making money. When hurricane Harvey hit Texas, she emailed us to say that if we, our family, or friends were affected and we needed to cancel she would refund all of our money immediately. It was absolutely touching that she paid enough attention to her clients to know we lived in Texas and send her concern and well wishes. Harvey wasn't close enough to hit us, but Hurricane Irma is now headed toward the Virgin Islands. We got another email reminding us that we would get a refund if we needed to cancel due to weather. Then Natasha called and said that she really wanted us to make our own decision so that we could salvage our vacation that we had been planning for so long. I cannot say enough good things about this owner and we will definitely be booking again as soon as possible. Most people would be concerned about their own needs, but Natasha really just wanted us to be happy. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
