Beautifully kept barn, surrounded by fields and stables.
Lovely to look at the horses from the kitchen window, watching the owners tend them.
Very clean and comfortable lodgings, we slept really well in the king-size bed and woke to views across the hills
Beautiful, clean and cosy cottage. The Pickles family are so kind and friendly. Beautiful walks . The wildlife around here is amazing. On location, the horses are fab to see and "Lucy and Molly" the resident dogs are lovely dogs.... Would definitely love to return...
Two friends and myself rented this cottage for a week in October. We needed a comfortable place to relax at the end of each busy, adventure filled day, and we found it.
Our hosts were so very kind and helpful. In fact, the various snippets of advice we received (On how to : get to Leeds without the headache of driving; and where to eat locally); made for an extra comfortable stay. It was a bit tricky finding the place at first (my Sat Nav had problems pinning it down), but a quick phone call led to us finding it fast, and receiving a warm welcome. What a lovely week we had! I'd love to return, next time I'm in this part of Yorkshire.

Stayed here EaSTeR weekend as we were up for a family wedding! Two couples and what a stunning property. Everything was in there that you needed, the doors are rather low so as my husband found out a few times head banging hurts! Lovely setting this is in, didn't think it was clear to find the property, need to turn at the sign that says riding stables! The lower sign is way low to see! Met the owners a few times and they were lovely! Outside is stables and horses and a fantastic view! If 1 negative it was very very cold in the middle of night! All in all a fantastic weekend we had!
Thank you.
This is a lovely, warm, cosy cottage with views of horses in spotless stable block opposite kitchen. Went with grandchildren 3 and 5yrs old who, like us, slept soundly and enjoyed meeting horses and watching indoor riding school. Beautifully quiet location with lovely views. Owners live next door and are lovely. Actual location is in Holme House, Oakworth. Booked through Sykes Cottages, but beware - they charge £7.50 for credit card deposit and £7.50 again on settlement. Higher charge than Ryanair!
We had a very enjoyable and restful stay at True Well Hall Barn Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed and was very well presented. My wife particularly enjoyed being able to watch the horses from the kitchen/diner at mealtimes. The owners are lovely, friendly and helpful people and the area is very picturesque with lots to see and do. We wouldn't hesitate to visit again or recommend it to our friends.

We were delighted with our weekend break at True Well Hall Barn Cottage, and the warm hospitality of the owners who have paid so much care and attention to detail in equipping and maintaining it, not to mention providing welcoming touches like flowers and lovely biscuits. It could not have been more comfortable. The cottage is next to their stables and horses (riding lessons may be available), and with fantastic views over farmland and Bronte countryside beyond. We enjoyed our winter, windy walks from the farm to the moors, and the convenience of having Keighley not too far away, as well as the attractions of Haworth and Bolton Abbey to explore. This farm is irresistible - no wonder that an albino doe deer has made herself at home with the cows. We'd love to go back for longer too!
