Restaurant has been closed for months. Few guests. Few staff still around. Not sure how much longer it can keep going.

stayed at the hotel.so so. had breakfast at the restaurant at 9a.m. at that point there was 10 tables. .one overrun waitress in a room where the night staff had not set up for breakfast.menus were worn and dirty, the food boring and brown. they have a 21/2 acre organic farm behind the hotel and not a bit if that greenery or tomato or fruit was a garnish on the plates. i had a ham and cheese omelet which had no taste. my husbands 2 egg and bacon were well cooked. each came with one piece of toast. the waitress had no time to get jam, salt/pepper or any condiments. would not eat or stay there again. the waitress was try her best..got coffee out, and plate as soon as they came up but was just running behind because of lazy night staff not doing breakfast setup.

Ate here on last visit and booked for a few nights stay. It has a great location but the accommodation was so bad we cancelled the rest of our visit and booked somewhere else to stay. Don't stay here and the restaurant is sketchy.

Beautiful setting, excellent service and plenty of home-grown vegetables and herbs - a really excellent place to eat, albeit a little pricey, but not as expensive as some others nearby! Well worth it!

They lost our reservation ("threw away the paper written on"), sat us at a dirty table while she cleaned it, waited very very long time for food, chicken was dry, tough. Manager asked how our mean was, expecting rave reviews I guess, apologized, said chef was at a funeral, short handed, offered coffee on the house as compensation for 3 bad means out of 7. Then proceeded to sit with other customers to chat for very long time rather than help keep things moving in the kitchen. Very unsatisfactory. One member stayed behind when we left to chat with the manager, who would not acknowledge him. Very poor experience all the way around.
