“just the usual...”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 15, 2013

The hot spring is open 24/7 and it is one of the famous attractions in Camiguin. What is interesting there are the areas with different heat temperatures so one can transfer to the next pool is he finds it too hot. The thing that i dont like is it is slippery and the steps leading to the pools are not even and dangerous and i hope the area will be more properly lighted because i found several areas dark when we went in the evening.

“relaxing place with good food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 15, 2013

went to this place twice and only found out that they offer lodgings coz we came a bit early the second time and thought of having our breakfast there. there rooms are sparse but at a reasonable price, plus you get to use the facilities 24/7. If ever we come back to Camiguin, we might stay here instead of Mambajao proper

“Cool off here!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 14, 2013

I didn't think I would like this man-made attraction as much as I did. I bought a San Miguel and some Afritada nearby and sat and enjoyed the place. The clouds rolled in and the rain further cooled everything off. It was great. Everybody was very friendly.

“Hot, hotter, hottest”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 7, 2013

The entrance fee is very affordable. Most locals would advise you to go during the night time. We went earlier. It is a nice enough place. Landscape is nice. There are several pools. Temperatures will vary at any time. My advise, never jump in before you have tested the water with your toes. They do not allow visitors when water temperature gets too hot. Only thing is, they have not maintained the pools very well. Maybe it was acceptable for some but my group found the packets of shampoo laying on the floor unsightly. They do not also segregate people with skin problems so do watch out. The hot springs are said to be therapeutic thus the remarkable number of people with skin problems. Maybe it would be best to visit the place at an earlier time of the day. It is a nice place. Interesting to be dipping in hot water too.
