We spent there 6 days with 2 small kids. All-in-all, we really enjoyed our time, pool was great, kids playground was nice, staff was helpful, and apartment was decent. But there're so many few small things that could be improved.

First of all, staff. Almost all of them spoke Spanish and English, so it was nice. But there was one guy who spoke only French, and when I spoke to him in English, he said "Do you speak English?". Which could be funny it it was not that awkward...

Next, toilet paper. Please explain to me, does saving one-two rolls of toilet paper make that much of a financial difference to the property? Comparing to other expenses? Really??? Because I felt quite stupid and humiliated when I had to go to the reception to ask for additional rolls (we're provided with 2 rolls for 6 days for the family of 4, I feel it's kinda humiliating to start the calculation of how much we use of it daily). And the answer was that "you normally could buy one". I probably looked very puzzled with this answer as I was immediately provided with additional roll for free. Hope nobody would get fired for that... Same story with garbage bags we're given one bag for 6(!) days stay. In the apart-hotel, where you're supposed to cater yourself... These things cost penny really, nobody would fall financially only because of these two. But it would make so much of a difference to your guests...

Now, the laundry. We called to customer service before arrival and we're assured that all apartments are equipped with both dishwasher and laundry machine. In reality, there's only a laundry room in the basement. Which is not a problem if these were standard home-usage laundry machines. But those are fully automatic laundry machines, which may be great for sheets and towels but are not so great for your clothes that might be delicate. And you're charged 6 euro per washing cycle. And you can't use your washing powder. And there's no place to hand the laundry for drying, only drying machine. I don't know about you, but most of my clothes cannot be dried in the dryer. So this one was quite a disappointment as well.

Now, the apartment. It was nice and tidy, well organized, and nice furniture as well. But the wardrobes... Who the hell planned them??!! Do you really think people that go for vacation only have cloth to hang and no folded ones??? Kids room didn't have shelves at all. Only two big wardrobes for hanging, and under-window shelf/table which we used for folded clothes. which made the room in kinda mess because it didn't leave any space for toys and games. which was kinda disappointing as well...

And the balcony was full of birds' c... well, you know what. We mentioned that to receptionist, and she promised to send someone, but it never happened.

Other than that, pool was really great, we enjoyed it a lot! And a playground was good, so again, all-in-all it was a good stay. Just please pay attention to small details - they make all the difference that matters.

P&V offer great family holidays. There are kids clubs, this P&V village has a great pool and it set i lovely grounds. There just needs to be more English visit the resorts. The apartment was good and we had amazing views looking over the sea. The Supermarket stocked the right type of products.

Nice resort in very nice surroundings, a good place for family holidays. The reception staff has surprisingly very limited English language skills. Need transport to get to the beach, appx 5-6 km. Appartments OK, limited kitchen equipment. A 6-7 pax appartment requires 3 sleeping in the livingroom. Free WiFi in the reception, but useless. Paid Wifi is very expensive, and just above as bad as the free one. Obviously a very "French" place, all activities an clubs are for French/Spanish speaking. Breakfast buffet is average, and the same menu all the time. Tried the dinner buffet one night, an expensive and not very good experience. Outside cleaning in the hallways and stairs is limited, dog-pooh several places was not removed - though the source is "messy" tourists, the resort should remove this for everyones's comfort.

Room Tip: Rooms in the 2nd floor gives a better view of the place and surroundings.

Dear guest,
We thank you very much for sending to us your impressions after your stay in our Village, we can assure you that we have well taken note of all your suggestions in order to improve the quality of our services.
All our recepcion staff speaks Spanish and French which represent more than 90% of our guests, but they also have knowledge of English, some of them more than others.
We work in order to give our guests the best satisfaction in welcoming and attending them in their language and the English language is one of our priority. We thank you for your comprehension!
We clean everyday our hallways and stairs but for being an outdoor ones, sometimes you can think that nothing has been done when a few hour ago, someone spent time to clean it.
We always kindly advise our guests who bring their dogs to respect the surroundings avoiding their animals to poo inside the resort, very often we are not listened! We usually remove them!
We kindly ask you to apologize us for all these inconveniences and hope to have the pleasure to welcome you again in our resort very soon.
Truly yours.

We stayed 2 weeks (june - july 2013) and we loved it. It is a small Residence. We have 2 little children and they loved it. There is only 1 pool but is good maintained and there is allways a lifeguard. The reception is very helpful but only Spanish and French.
We took an apartment with 2 bedrooms and to Pierre & Vacances standard they where spacious.
One minor point was the kitchen. The kitchen equipement was perfect only we didn't have wine glasses and some other small kitchen stuff.
You need a car when you want to discover the area. The shop is expensive but helpful if you have forgotten something in the supermarket and there is fresh bread in the morning.
There are a lot of supermarkets in Miami Platja or you can go to cambrills.
We loved to stay here and we will come back next year.

Bonmont Residences are in a very quiet area about 3 miles from the nearest town Miami Platja. The complex was also quiet which was a good thing because we had no problem getting access to facilities for us and the kids.
We arrived quite late on the first night and it was a disappointment to find we were missing items required for bedding. We had to go to reception at midnight to get sheets etc and while the porter was helpful, he shouldnt have had to have a visit from us.
All the facilities were quite good. The kids loved the pool which was well maintained and had a lifeguard on duty at all times. Reception were helpful but their English was sketchy. I filled in with a bit of my 'less than fluent' French.
A car is essential to stay at Bonmont as Miami Platya - which has plenty of supermarkets - is a 5-6 km trip. Miami Platja is a bit grotty unfortunately but it does plenty of essentials for living if not for Tourists. Not a lot of places to eat. Cambrils is the jewel in the crown of the beach resorts. It is getting quite built up but it has a newer, cleaner feel and has plenty of life. Salou needs a facelift but its Promenade and beach facilities are excellent.
Overall, I would recommend Bonmont to families who would like to sleep and stay away from the bustle of the bigger resorts yet have very easy road access (via the A7 non tolled road) to get to the big attractions in the region.

Room Tip: Go for the 2 bedroom instead of the 1 bedroom if staying with a family of over 4.
