Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for making One&Only Reethi Rah your destination of choice on your recent trip to the Maldives. I was indeed disappointed to read your comments that your stay was marred by a number of uncharacteristic shortcomings.
As a first step, we have used your feedback to correct and enhance our training efforts to ensure that these issues do not happen again within our wider team circle.
Although our menus do vary depending on the time of the day, the kitchen will always try to be flexible. I must apologize if your request at the Beach Club was not immediately handled as vigilantly as both you and I would have expected. Our Executive Chef, David Pooley, has asked me to pass on his personal apologies if the pasta dish was not to your preference and he will of course verify that the quality is on brand.
When you brought the matter of the faulty door lock to the attention of the Resort Manager, a maintenance team was immediately sent to the villa to investigate. Although our records appear to indicate that the lock was in working order, I apologize if the timing of our investigation was in any way inconvenient. As for the servicing of your villa, I am afraid there might have been a misunderstanding. You had previously asked that Housekeeping awaits your call before sending an attendant and no call was received on the day of your departure.
We still hope that you took away some fond memories of your time at the One&Only Reethi Rah and we would be delighted to welcome you back you in the future.
