Watching the horizon blur in magentas while elaborate aftertastes tickle my velum, washed down with fine wine and raki, feeling the sea salt dry on my skin and the evening breeze sooth the heat of the day, listening to laughs and chit chat among beautiful happy people. Bliss!!!
These people know fish, they know what to get, how to treat it, how to cook it and they are not afraid to take risks, ...they must love it. The menu is more integrated than high end gourmet, not expected from an easy going joint on the beach. The tapas are balancing between delicate and controversial tastes. Just relax, take your time, the aftertastes are on the way. The chefs managed to produce a complete and elaborate set of tapas, appropriate for the surroundings yet satisfactory for the more pretentious. Don't hold back, order what seems strange, you will be rewarded.
