This is a local seafood restaurant, using only fresh ingredients from the sea and land and wine from the region. Even though we didn't speak French and they didn’t speak much English, we muttled through and had a very enjoyable memorable evening. Exceptional attention to detail without any fuss.
We read something about this restaurant on our first evening here. We tried to visit but they were closed, so we visited tonight and it was amazing. Not one detail was missed. My favorite part were some of the palate cleansers in between plates. I thought the thyme sorbet was interesting and delicious.
L'Arche de Noe was a happy find! The Island is wonderful, but it is a bit quiet this time fo the year. The restaurants are good, just not great. This was a real treat. This was great. Almost 4 star. If you come to Porquerolles, you've got to eat here.
We ordered (egg white) Flambé. She presented it well! =)
