Canalside restaurant in Murano. The fish was very good, and not too expensive. The service however was atrocious. First we only got the pizza menus. Before we realized the waiter had disappeared. It took fifteen minutes to get their attention and get the full menu. After we had ordered and the food finally arrived, one of the side dishes were missing. We gave up that one at last, as the food was good and would be spoiled if we waited. Later the same happened with the desserts - one only came when they wanted to give us the bill. With kids growing impatient from all the waiting we decided to not make an issue of it. But clearly not going back here!

This restaurant seems to be open for late lunch in Murano ... a few people could be seen sitting outside, but it also has a pretty big and airy dining room indoors as well.

The wait staff's service seemed decent and accomodating, even if we had taken such a long time to order our food.

To be honest, the food didn't seem anything extra special to us, although it did seem far more affordable than food on the main island of venice. But of course it would be a great picture and memory to take back home to have beside that huge bowl or pan of seafood spaghetti.

We chose this restaurant having walked past in on a visit to Murano whilst staying in Venice. Everyone who was sitting outside had the most enormous pan of seafood spaghetti which looked so delicious that we decided to return the following day for a late Sunday lunch.Fortunately, we had valid tickets for the vaporetto but even if we hadn't it would still have been worth the fare. This was our favourite meal of our stay in Venice and was also the cheapest. Having not read the reviews beforehand I was amazed to see so many negative ones on my return. As planned, we had the seafood spaghetti accompanied by a bottle of prosecco rose. The spaghetti is cooked for a minimum of 2 people and is packed with seafood in a tasty tomato sauce. The service was good and friendly. Had we discovered this restaurant sooner we would have undoubtedly returned as our neighbours dishes looked equally good.

We stopped here on a visit to Murano on May 30 and had the most wonderful and affodable lunch in Italy yet. Our service was great. We enjoyed a bottle of wine, cheese plate, pizza and speg carbonara all of which we fabulous. We sat outside and had the great view of the canal. We would definetly go back.

The staff was extremely rude and arrogant and treated us more like a nuisance than a paying customer. When I ordered a diet soda and got a regular one instead, the waiter's reply was "If you like. If you don't like...("you can go drown yourself" was the general idea.)
The food was below average. The "meat" (I'm not really sure WHAT that was) was beaten until paper thin and had a deathly pale color, and the sauce tasted like diluted wine. I had to pay extra for the vegetables as the price of the meat did not include a side dish, and those came 30' BEFORE the main course!
Overall, this was probably the worst service I got in my entire life.
