My wife and I took in dinner here a few weeks ago. We both ordered an appitizer and main course. The food was hot, extremely well prepared, well portioned and tasted absolutely fantastic. We both really enjoyed our meal.
The service was very friendly, and the atmosphere was light and happy. The resturaunt is somewhat small, but I would call it 'cozy'. The decor looked like alot of work and thought was put into it.
The best way to describe the menu would be 'upscale home cooking'. It certainly looked as though the diners around us were enjoying their food and having a good time as well.
I would strongly recommend a visit if you're considering somewhere different to eat, or a trip to Wakefield. I would also recommend the village poutine (with lamb) for something a little different. Overall, a great experience.
