“Thoroughly Enjoyable Evening”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

On 3 November we took part in a very enjoyable evening at La Coquillade's Bistro (indoors) called "Soirée Rouge". It was a set menu at €47, with wine, water & coffee included. The food was simple but well-cooked and tasty: Tartine de courge, sauté de chevreuil with spaetzle, Italian cheese, and an entremet au chocolat. Each course was accompanied by a different red from the hotel's outstanding Aureto vineyard. The service was friendly and attentive – the wine flowed liberally! We are looking forward to next year when Coquillade is apparently opening an Italian restaurant and extending the bistro.

“Beautiful setting, excellent food, great service”
Reviewed September 30, 2012

I recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Bonnieux, Menerbes, or Rosillion. They prepare and serve great dishes at what I would consider reasonable prices. Their 52Euro menu is a good value. They have a good size vineyard and we had a bottle of one of their own wines, which was terrific.

“Can't wait to return.”
Reviewed September 7, 2012

What a wonderful location for a suberb evening meal. We now holiday every year in the Luberon and were recommended this restaurant by our hosts. We have eaten more than once in their Bistro restaurant which is outside overlooking the vineyards & the lavender. With the amazing sunsets this truly is the place to eat. We will try the Gourmet restaurant next year, as well as the Bistro again. Start with an aperitif (their own wine which is very good) Followed by three courses, all beautifully presented & delicious. This is a great visit for couples, friends, family or business.
Do try.....you will not be disappointed & this has definately become one of the highlights of our holiday.

“Wonderful for lunch”
Reviewed August 30, 2012 via mobile

An absolutely heavenly place for lunch on the terrace. There's a set lunch for 35 euros which is superb. Service great, location, on a hill over-looking the vineyards, is spectacular. Food is delicious. The best lunch spot in the Luberon.

“Perfect for a special occasion, great Food & Service”
Reviewed June 14, 2012

We are fortunate enough to live in the Luberon, therefore Coquillade is closeby. This is the fourth time we have eaten in the Gourmet restaurant and each time is gets better! After the fresh amuse bouche you are served three small starters, each using local seasonal produce and beautifully presented. A choice of fish or meat follows ( you can take both for a higher price) and after a reasonable pause you are served three amazing desserts ( or take the cheese trolley). Coffee with petit fours follows. This menu exc coffee is 52€ which compared to many other 'higher end' restaurants in the area is excellent value - the equivalent of just over £40 - incredible for Michelin starred quality food and setting. The wine list starts at around 30€ , drink the domaine wines 'Aureto' which are excellent and well priced. If you are celebrating or just want to treat your self do go and enjoy.
