Arrived late evening, but the on-line check-in meant no hanging around at the Reception desk. Room was superb with a good view and every amenity we needed. The bar was friendly and surprisingly reasonable for Greater London. A great night's sleep was promised and that was exactly what we got.

Location great - we went into London on the train and also visited Thorpe Park and Chessington theme parks which were both close by. Breakfast was brilliant, staff very helpful - thank you for a pleasant week.

This is an average Premier Inn (usual decent quality rooms and the staff were all very polite). What I really didn't like was the hidden parking charge. I stayed here last year and didn't have to pay to park and this year (once again) I squeezed into the car park - I tell you that if you have a large car then you really need to be careful as the ramps are ridiculously narrow. In the morning I was informed I had to pay £5 to park and that this was advertised on the website. I have just been back on the Prem Inn site & can't find any reference to this. The actual signs in the car park cannot be seen as the one of the right of the main entrance was a folded over A4 paper sheet. I did find one of the left but this was on foot so how you are supposed to se this from your car I do not know . Prem Inn please note that you need to make the signage a lot clearer. What was a bit of a joke was that the staff on the reception said that the charge was levied to pay for the nice new security gate leading to the car park - shame that the shabby wooden side door remains open all night so anyone can walk in off the street & potentially break into your car. Why do Prem Inn think they can charge £5 at this venue and transfer the cost of security to the customer? A refund should be in order. Not good enough (and I had to invoke the 'Good Night' promise because of the noisy idiots in the room next to me).

This proved to be a great stay whilst in the area for just one night. The room was spacious enough for 2+2 without feeling too cramped. Beds comfy. Basically everything you expect from a premier inn. Very clean. Check in was excellent.

Parking on site was handy and not badly priced at £5 for the night. Be warned though - it's tight.

The restaurant for dinner was ok. Service was a bit slow and the room itself was noisey but the food was decent (pub-type grub). One drink was wrong (red wine rather than white).

Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it. The only problems were the layout (not much space to actually get to the food) and the toaster - a 4 slice toaster that is one of the slowest I've ever encountered!

We'd stay again which I guess says a lot.

One night stay - can't fault it. Rooms are great, staff are great - restaurant and bar is great too.
Good location next to M3 to get home quick.
Clean, well presented hotel, was easy to find and would stay here again.
