We had a great relaxing time at this hotel, the location, the staff and the Spa Caudalíe are world class. The comfort of the rooms, views of the vineyards, the wine tastings and the Spa treatments make you forget about time, truly a very enjoyable experience.

Room Tip: Some suites have a private jacuzzi on the balcony, they cost a little more but are definitely worth it.

There are no words to describe who enchanted I was by this hotel. I've been to the region (Vale dos Vinhedos) many times, but the experience of this hotel was unique. The staff is amazingly supportive - the health center instructor, for example, offered himself to play tennis with my husband, as he saw his raquet and was aware that no other guest plays tennis...
The facilities of the hotel are really nice, including the Spa Caudalie. Private tasting sessions are offered to the guests and the activities of the health center are superb, like the morning walking throuigh the vineyards.
Although they have some activities for kids, the hotel is more suitable for couples and winelovers.

Room Tip: Rooms facing MIOLO winery

Prior to getting to Hotel I checked (as usually Trip Advisor) and read some reviews, and now I am glad to say that ALL mentioned items I read were fixed.
Rooms are very nice, and big enough at least for me (1,93m). The Bed is a Super Kingsize. Service is perfect without being excessive formal, whats even more interesting.
Breakfast is served on your table, not Buffet, and is fast, generous and with friendly courtesy brought.
Prices for extras are absolutely reasonable, what is not a standard in Premium Hotels (usually are expensive!).
Restaurant has a nice menu and good food, correctly prepared according to your instructions and with nice presentation. Service is excellent.
SPA is very nice and has a day option for a couple with massage, Bath, and a third option for USD 350 all for couple, what is not cheap but fair.
Will get back for sure!

Room Tip: Get to the SPA, it's a must do!

Spa do Vinho is a very unique hotel set in the beautiful wine region in Bento Goncalves - Vale dos Vinhedos. The hotel is surrounded by vineyards, vineyards and more vineyards - just beautiful! The atmosphere and décor is warm and welcoming, with fireplaces, a big wooden book shelf and many comfortable sofas and armchairs... just perfect to kick back with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day exploring. The room on the 6th floor features a terrace and gorgeous views of the valley - another great spot to relax. We were in a corner suite with a small balcony and stunning views. They arranged a VIP wine tasting at the Miolo vineyard, just opposite the hotel, which was really delightful. The food was delicious, everything from the gorgonzola gnocchi to the foie gras steak, they really nailed every dish. The service was okay, but they can definitely iron out a few details. They offer a French breakfast, in which they bring small food trolleys around the tables. They really have to be on top of things for this to run smoothly. We constantly had to call the waiters because they were already setting up for brunch. Overall it was a very nice experience and we would definitely recommend the hotel.

Setting in the middle of one of the most famous vineyard, the "Lote 43", propriety of the Miolo Wine Group and name of one of the top wines, the hotel impress by the location, on the top of a hill, by the foyer, with a beautiful fireplace and a bookshelf wall. At the room you will find a huge bed, greater than the regular king and a lot of space. The amenity kit could be better, due to the class of the hotel. We were expecting more vine therapy products. The hotel restaurant is excellent either for breakfast and for meals. It's really worth to visit.

Room Tip: Ask for a front side room, for the view.
