We recently did the 3day 2 night trip and it was fantastic from start to finish.
Our klotok arrived on time (rare in asia), and we were immediately impressed with our guides (Arry) English. His knowledge and general great service and friendly personality would continue to impress us throughout the trip.
To be fair, the other staff on the boat were also great, the chef cooked fantastic food, another guy called arry was there at every opportunity to help my 68yr old mother on and off the boat, and was especially helpful during a fairly treacherous 4 mile walk through camp leakey.
Seeing the orangutans is a specialist memory that you will always remember. You get closer than you could imagine and will definitely get some great photos.
Sleeping on the klotok is fine. A decent mosquito net keeps all the bugs away. You tend to go to sleep when it gets dark as light is only available when the generator is on, and wake as the sun rises. We stayed one night at rimba lodge too. I'd have to say I'd rather stay on the klotok than keep having to travel back and forth.
I really can't recommend this your enough.
Booking the tour through hannah was also very easy. Questions were answered quickly and information provided was spot on.
