The mummy is owned by one group of Dani (local tribe) family who still live in their original traditional houses. To see the mummy you need to negotiate the price first with the owner, therefore it would be better if you come with local people. Be careful if you want to take pictures of the local inhabitants who wear their traditional clothes, the price need to be agreed upon beforehand. Yet, the experience is really worth the price.
