Description: Translated, our name is The Farm and the Sea. We showcase a locally sourced menu. Relax and soak in the ambiance of the archi-tec-ture of La Finca y el Mar which was inspired, in part, by sea-side farm-houses in Andalucía, Spain. Open-air ter-races frame stun-ning views of the Pacific as well as rolling hills, flow-ers and rock formations. Buen Provecho!

This restaurant is all that you could ask for in the paradise that is Rancho Santana. The food is excellent; the service is impeccable, laid back, and friendly (special thanks to the OUTSTANDING Esmeralda); and the view is, well, perfection. You feel like family after spending time with Brian, the general manager. I only wish I had thought to book this place for my wedding. While I was visiting, I watched the events director, Erik, work his magic organizing a sweet ceremony and reception for a very happy bride and groom. What a stylish affair!

The fish tacos are amazing! Everything we've tried we have enjoyed! And great drink specials too, especially the Carta Postal and the Macau!

We were staying at Buena Onda just up the road and we decided to try out the restaurant in the Gated Community of Rancho Santana. we were made welcome from the first minute we sat down and the service was excellent (by local standards). The food itself was well presented, good quality and delicious, which when you consider the prices is quite an achievement.

Relax and enjoy. Wonderful food and service. Our group of 16 people was served in a timely manner with wonderful food. The chef's variety and presentations were great. The Restaurant is located in the Gated Community of Rancho Santana, so if you are not staying on the property, you may need to call ahead. Enjoying great food while overlooking the Pacific ocean cannot be beat. Breakfast, lunch and Dinner are all wonderful. One family in our group owns a restaurant at home and it was fun to watch them order and sample most of the menu items. Always with positive ratings. I highly recommend. High quality food, average prices. Just right.

Group of us had a late dinner at Rancho Santana's restaurant. We were last party to leave and lingered a bit after paying bill. We then drove the five kilometers out to the gate house of the development. Guard at gate wouldn't let us leave. We asked several times what was the problem and we were told no problem but we have to wait here for the waitress. We had tipped excessively and had not left anything at the table. Guard would not explain why we were being detained. Two other cars came up and he stopped them. He let one car out and tried to stop second while we waited on side. Second car followed out first and I did the same. Very certain that this was a set up for a mugging or extortion of a tip. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
