We spent a week in Sicily and stayed at this hotel. While we really enjoyed the region, the food and the people, we have been so disappointed with this hotel.

Every night the music is soooo loud, with people talking and a live singer whom I am sure is very good but horrible from the inside the room while trying to get some sleep. This lasted at least until midnight for the whole week so we soon gave up on our relaxing and romantic week...

Additionally they send you to their second parking with no light nor security but still charge you the full amount. It is located 500m away on a curvy road with no sidewalk, bad lighting and cars obviously speeding, almost running you over.

It seems that the hotel management prioritizes private events/groups over individual guests so I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. It is really a pity because the staff was actually extremely nice and helpful and the room very clean and nice.

Not a place to go on holiday!!

First: the food is disgusting!!! Please don't eat there. Usually when you go on holiday you want to eat nice food, specially if you are in Italy.

Breakfast: not fresh juices, even NOT fresh coffee where Italy is famous for the coffee.

The bar: you don't have fresh snacks options. Everything is made in the morning and the taste is not very nice. You don't feel you are in Italy.

The rooms are nice and clean, nothing spectacular, but they are ok!

The hotel transport is a ripoff. To go 5 minutes away (to the port) return price was 20 euros for two people. it is only 5 minutes away and they have the excuse that because the roads are small in Sicily and dangerous to walk, then they don't have other option rather than use the hotel transport.

They service is terrible, no waitress in the pool area, they don't have any concierge to give advise what to do, however the ladies in the reception try to help but they don't have much idea about what to do or give option to the guest of things to do around (specially where is raining)

Honestly, this is more 2 - 3 star hotel rather than 4 star.

Very nice hotel. 2 pools. Cozy and comfortable. Clean rooms. Nice style. Very welcoming staff. If you plan to go to Palermo every day - it will not be cheap as every strip will be at least 25 EURO per person. But if you just want to relax - great place. Unfortunately restaurant on premises is good only for breakfast and lunch. For dinner would recommend to go somewhere nearby or to Palermo. But otherwise all very good. Fitness club available. Every room has a nice shower, Hairdryer and TV. Safe. Very nice.

Where to start, this one is tricky as the needs of the holiday were fulfilled but at a pretty low standard. For what I wanted this hotel ticked the box......5 day break from horrible rainy weather in home town with two kids. The hotel has three great pools ( salt water pools which is nice ), direct access to the sea, but you have to like rocks as no beach here. The rooms were clean with a nice sea view. For the rest this place needs some serious change of management. The food was absolutely horrendous and to think that in Sicily the country of glorious food the choices given at the buffet were awful. A 4 star hotel that has olive oil in packets rather than a bottle at the table, sorry but that's 2*. The bar by the pool was poorly staffed and had horrible stale sandwiches. Being a sort of tourist/ business hotel you will find yourself having to endure wedding receptions with loud music and the shouting and laughing that can finish at 1.30/2 am. On my last day a group of at least 20 teenage boys staying at the hotel for what was possibly a local football tournament in the nearby town, raided all three pools in the most annoyingly loud fashion. It was like being in a youth summer camp. If you haven't rented a car staying at this hotel you can forget going anywhere easily as this place has no transport whatsoever. The shuttle was never available and the prices they were asking were very high.
I feel like I could go on forever but to cut it short look for better hotels around Palermo. One stay served its purpose but not coming back to this one.

Room Tip: Rooms in the main hotel facing see ok but very noisy at night due to music until midnight or private functions.

A large hotel with decent size rooms and very modern. Lovely decor full of pictures of film artists and directors. Rooms are colour coded according to the level. Comfortable bed. Beautiful sea views as also of the pools.
Decent number of TV channels but all in Italian. Wifi was great.
Only draw back was the loud music coming up from the hotel bar late into the evening; it was turned off at around midnight.
Reception staff were courteous. Good choice at breakfast - it seems no staff were around except 1 unfriendly gentleman who cleared the tables.
