I came for the first time to Zibo for business. I had an upgraded room for a reasonable price and was happy with it. It was a room 1317 on the corner of the building. The room was spacious and well equipped with all the typical amenities for a good business hotel. This includes free Internet at the reasonably good speed. The bathroom was clean with a nice walk-in shower. Also the bed was comfortable and clean. I slept very well as it had the right balance of being softer than the usual Chinese bed but not too soft either. In the room I found the notes that said 24 hours shoe shining service. When I wanted to use it I was told that it's too late for the service and a few minutes later somebody called me to say that the hotel does not offer such a service. That did not come across very professionally but on the other side I made an in room dining order and was positively surprised about the quality of the food even though it took rather long until they delivered. All in all I would say this is a safe choice to have a good hotel for a business trip to Zibo.

Room Tip: Take an upgraded corner room to have an appartment feeling.

Very nice and clean hotel with modern facilities, free wifi in room and hotel lobby. Spacious room with sleep quality. Excellent stay after a tired sightseeing tour in the day. Will come again next time when visiting Zibo.

Nice big room, with comfy big bed. Wifi available in the room. Signal a little weak. Very centrally located, staff helpful, very competitively priced. Breakfast not bad. Go for higher room as likely to be quieter. Would go back.

Nice clean hotel. Not a 5 star Hotel in Shanghai or London. But a good solid 4 star. Live in hotels 30 weeks a year and this is a decent one. Good beds With large flat panel TV prewired from desk for PC display or streaming you own movies. Near universal outlets (Brits will need an adapter)

I stayed in Deluxe suite with my family, check in was quick, there was underground car park in the hotel which was very convenient, room was excellent with 2 toilets-well equipped with high class accessories, bed were comfortable,carpets were in good condition,mini freeze was stocked ok, buffet breakfast was good, but chairs in breakfast area were worn out-needs replacing, also need to improve on service staff as we asked for Tea everytime while having breakfast but were never served one,ordered food in the room once and it was tasty and well priced, check out was quick and swift.

Room Tip: Rooms on high floors have better view and less noise.

There are not many nice or so called 4 and 5 star hotels in Zibo. This Ramada is not good by any standards. The rooms are large enough but the carpet is filthy and looks like it has never been washed. There are nasty stains everywhere.

The worst part is they SHUT OFF THE AC at night in the hotel. So you wake up in a hot, sweaty room by 2am.

The gym is terrible and a joke. Limited machines and barley any free weights.

The service staff at the front desk was not trained well at all. It took almost 25 minutes to check in and it was a nightmare checking out as it took just as long.

The food at the restaurant was just unedible.

Unfortunately all the hotels in Zibo are pretty much the same.

I am sure the management will respond saying thank you and we have so many repeat customers. The only reason they have repeat customers is because they are the best if the worst. Instead if striving to be better the management settles for mediocrity.
