We really loved the interior of the restaurant. It fits in fantastically with the entire atmosphere of the Lingbao Hotel. They work with a buffet formula where there are numourous options in Chinese food. There is also a live wok option but to be honoust without added value because you don't get to choose the ingredients yourself. It's just a person cooking 3 of the numourous options (and to my taste not the best ones).
The wines they serve are all quite young and therefor lack some maturity in combination with the rich Chinese food.
Perhaps we expected to much. But with the fairly high price of the 4 star hotel the restaurant does not live up to the expectation. Water is overpriced as in more and more restaurants with 6,5 euro for a 75cl bottle. Again not client friendly knowing most clients allready paid a full price for the hotel itself. Adding up all costs we could have done way better in any other big city (for example nearby Köln) as dining is quite affordable for decent quality in Germany.
