“Binsar is heaven on the earth”
Reviewed April 29, 2014

Wow feeling when I first reached at Binsar. Located very near to the Ranikhet, this temple is an ideal place to visit if you are on the Uttarakhand tour. This temple is full with deep silence and peace. A best place for doing the yoga and meditation. This temple is best known for the Binsar fair locally known as Binsar Kotik. This temple is very near to the village Soni and one can reach there by taking private jeep from Ranikhet.

This is a temple which is extremely clean and very well maintained. Photography in the premises is strictly prohibited but the peace and tranquility of the place will give you a divine feel.

“Perfect Place to make Relaxed Mind and Body”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

The temple is located between the deep dark forest. Binsar Mahadev Mandir is ideal for all kinds of travelers either they are looking to spend good spiritual time inside the temple or for those who are visiting for trekking and wildlife life watch. Also this destination could be great for the photographer. Native places in Ranikhet which is about 20 km from Binsar Maha dev, the other nearest town in Bhetorjkhan. Near by tourist attraction such as Jaina Village, Ranikhet, and Jim Corbett national park, Almora and Dunagiri temple in Dwarahat, these all attraction point are approximately 80 to 100 km from Binsar Mahadev.
