We had been visiting this place every year since 2018 was really a great place when it was managed by Sarovar group. However it has been taken over by some other group and it is just a shadow of yesteryears.

This used to be one of the upmarket property in Shirdi with a good crowd but with the kind of services they are currently providing, it’s really difficult to maintain its place.

The change is visible right from the reception. Earlier the moment you enter, welcome drink was offered which this time wasn’t offered. The staffs, though very friendly, were not professional.

In the room we found the fridge wasn’t working. The goody basket ( though chargeable) has also disappeared. The blankets and bed sheet were not in great condition either. Actually they were ripped in places.

During dinner we went for Buffet while for my daughter ordered some baked pastas. The pasta served was absolutely cold and no vegetables were there. After complaining they changed and served some freshly made pasta. Then we found that the pasta salad from the buffet counter was served as baked pasta. In the buffet counter though the spread was good, there weren’t enough bowls, spoon etc and people were waiting for long to get the things they needed. Well we waited patiently for our turn thinking that the worst will be over soon. But next morning we woke up with shouts from every room that hot water was not coming and soon the room service boys were running with buckets of hot water, which was not enough as most of the guests were asking hot water round about the same time.

Next was the buffet breakfast fiasco. It was an absolute mayhem in the restaurant with people waiting in ques, half of the things were not there particularly the poori and the Pav which were in high demand. Juices were there but no glass to have it. I ordered for some black tea which took 30 min to come and height of everything was the Dosa from the live counter which was served after 1 hr after we complained to the manager. Manager was apologetic and offered a discount of 10% on the food. But they should understand that when we are opting for one of the most costly options in Shirdi, we are not looking for discounts but for the service. Think Sarovar should take it back otherwise the goodwill that has been built for so many years, would go down like anything. This was my 5 th stay in the property and perhaps the last one was unless some radical changes happen

Have stayed in this hotel twice with my wife and every time felt good about it. The hotel has lot of open space outside and it is great to move around. They serve a buffet breakfast which has a good spread. Food is pretty decent.

They have courtesy pickup and drop to visit Shirdi temple. It is a 10 minute walk in a straight road to the temple and one can choose to walk.

Would definitely pick this hotel to stay again.

Room Tip: You can pick any room as it is away from the main road.

It is an excellent hotel, very well located, away from crowded area. We were three adults in the family and stayed in one Superior category room, provided with extra bed. The room was quite big and comfortable, with all the facilities expected in a reputed hotel like Shraddha Inn. What we really liked was quick response to any service request. All the staff were quite courteous and helpful.
Apart from this, swimming and a small garden are added attractions.
Food was tasty but little spicy. Management advised to regulate it.
Our overall rating 5/5.

Room Tip: All the rooms are good, but facing pool are better.

I have stayed at this hotel before and so have other family members. We really enjoyed it and always planned to go back. My recent visit was a disappointment. I am not sure if it is user new ownership or what has happened. It seems abandoned and like no one is caring for it. The water was not hot in the shower and no one came to fix even after repeated requests. There was no fasting food option on the breakfast menu. I requested to speak with the manager but was told he was too busy - what customer service....

I am not sure I would go back.

They have swimming pool and pick-drop from Saibaba temple

Interior of hotel would appeal to those who love to stay in hotels converted from old palaces. Staff is courteous.

Place is serene and clean.

As, I said if you booked from online portals, great value for money.
