Nice hotel with ample space for parking....clean rooms and toilets ....only drawback is that it does not have a restaurant for food needs...though it is not much of a problem as there are plenty of eat outs at walking distance...merely 100 mts of the hotel...The hotel is very near to the entrance of the Sai temple and is a delight to stay.....very cooperative staff...

We were booked for stay at Eshosans Palace from 18th to 20th January 2013, as we had to attend a conference at Loni which is 22 kms. away from Shirdi.
The room which were were allotted was dirty and unclean. The toilet bowl had a crack, the flush in the toilet was not working and the piston pipe was lying on the floor. The hotel attendant did not know how to solve the problem, so he shifted us to another room. This room also had a problem with the toilet flush not working. The attendant was so untrained that he put the piston pipe in the toilet bowl and tried to flush it. A most disgusting experience. Ultimately, we were shifted to a third room where the flush was working, but the toilet was extremely dirty. The bathroom drain was clogged. Although the climate was cold at 14º, and hot water for bathing was supposed to be available from 2.00 a.m. to 8.00 a.m. (odd hours indeed), we could not get hot water.
The room had a window which had been sealed and could not be opened, but the toilet had an open window!
Cold drinking water was not provided, and we were asked to buy water bottles from outside. After taking up the issue, the hotel agreed to fetch a bottle of cold packaged water if we paid for it.
The staff was rude and uncaring. We decided to leave immediately after the conference. Even at the time of check-out, there was it was difficult to get the attendant to help with our baggage.
A most horrible experience.

Room Tip: Simply avoid this hotel. Don't step into the place.

Shirdi has been a sort of a second home for all of us mumbaikars since ages.I had just been to Shirdi this friday on janmashtami. We stayed at the Eshosans palace .This is the same place we stayed at about 6 yrs ago and it was a fantastic experience.

However this time things were different. The room was not upto the mark with a parrot green wall just behind the bed which was a real turn off.We had booked 3 rooms and in all the 3 rooms the flush wasn't workin for which the plumber had to be called. The AC in all the rooms were too cold for comfort and we had to switch them off at nite as we were not provided with extra blankets either.

The only saving grace was the food at the restaurant 'STEP IN ' which was reasonably good.

On the whole it was not the best experience and was disappointing to say the least.

We had booked for IRCTC package for bangalore-shirdi-shanishingapur and were given room 102. Three of us friends stayed in the room. The cleanliness of the room was not good and there was a major problem with bathroom/toilet. There was no proper oulet for the water from the bathroom and it lead to the accomodation of water in the entire bathroom. We had planned for darshan at morning 6 AM but there was no hot water available so we had to take bath in cold water. The only positive point of the hotel is that it is very close to the temple and takes 2-3 minutes by walk. My personal opinion is that the hotel is suitable for accomodation for bachelors/students and not for people travelling with family.

Also when we visited the hotel some sort of repair work was going on, so it was probably the reason for our bad experience with the hotel accomodation.
Hotel management was otherwise good.

We had booked a room in Eshosans Palace in advance. Their manager, Ajay, was cooperative throughout the process of booking and even after arrival (though he was available only for a limited period). Arrived very early in the morning (3:30 AM). The road leading to the hotel was getting laid, which caused us some inconvenience (shouldn't effect your decision as it should've been done by now). The main door to the hotel was getting repaired and the stairway was getting painted. There were lots of bamboo props around, which was an irritant (esp. if one arrives at 3:30 AM, with little sleep on the way!!). Was annoyed that Ajay did not inform us in advance.

Hotel staff readily helped check-in. We moved to our room on third floor (Room No. 302). Room, bathroom and linens were clean. Though hotel promises hot water, esp. from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM, the water was cold. When we complained, they advised us to let the water run till hot water comes. (A lot of water was wasted before we finally got lukewarm water!). I have experienced this problem with many hotels in Shirdi. Think, they need to reconsider using solar heated water (there is lot of wastage, plus annoys clients as we don't get the hot water we expect).

Staff responded quickly. They offered to provide hot water in buckets. Tea and refreshments were served relatively more prompt than in some other places I stayed in Shirdi. They even helped us arrange a cab from Shirdi to Thane (our next destination).

Did not use their restaurant, so can't comment. After a quick darshan of Baba, returned to hotel and checked out at 3:00 PM same day for onward journey to Thane (Mumbai). Paid Rs. 1400/- (non A/C room).

Pros: close to the temple, responsive staff, clean room, nice view, esp. from Room 302!
Cons: No hot water. Work-in-progress (I suggest you to check with hotel before booking your room),

Room Tip: Prefer room on Floor 3 and 4. We were given room 302.

We booked this hotel for 1 day in shirdi.

We have stayed at many hotels over the years, often luxury ones with impeccable details and fantastic designs. we needed a hotel at walking distance from temple.

i went with my family and children and relatives. about 15 people. stay was good.
staff was good. there is mr. shetty who is very pleasant and good person for the period i stayed.

it is at walking distance from temple.

the restaurant is ok. it takes more time to prepare. remember tea was not available at night at 10PM.

overall a good experience .
