“Worst Service”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

We went with some of my friends for buffet dinner and the service offered were very rude and pathetic .The taste of the food was too bad and would call it as a worst experience as even the chef and manager were very rude and behaved as if they cared a damn. The breads served were all burnt and even after requesting to the chef the answer was that we have only this either eat it or your choice. The buffet served was all cold .The management needs to look otherwise services like this will even hamper the image of other Neemrana properties.

“A different fort”
Reviewed May 7, 2013

Fort Kesroli is unlike any other fort I have ever seen. Like other forts its neither build on a hill nor in the sea, in fact it's build at the ground level, in the middle of farms.
It's a 14th century fort n you can see lot of renovation done to restore it but that doesn't spoil the look of it.
We stayed in 2 rooms- neelam and raunak.
Plus points- we were 2 families travelling together n we had 3 kids with us. These rooms are attached to the common lounge area. So we had the entire place at our disposal n the kids had a blast.
Minus points- lounge area is open to all so it can be a nuisance in case of other noisy guests.

Neelam is a v.small room whereas raunak is a pretty big room with the bath on the first floor. It's nicely done up n feels royal.

Because its a fort, it's not a kids friendly place so keep a close eye on them. There are huge stairs, big holes in the wall etc.

Swimming pool is beautiful.
Night rajasthani dance shows was awesome, the open bar made it even better.
Food was tasty.
Camel rides can be arranged on prior request.
Staff is courteous.
All n all v.good (non hotel) experience.

“An Oasis in the desert”
Reviewed September 30, 2012

While returning from Alwar we took a slight detour and landed at Hill Fort Kesoroli. The view was awesome. Though we stopped for lunch it turned out to be a very memorable lunch.

The view from the Fort is stunning and the Rajasthani spread was yummy. The staff, in particular Mr Sharma, who sits on the reception are an amazing team. We requested for a tour of the fort whilst making it clear that we had come for lunch only. Mr Sharma quickly called one of his senior aide who took us arround. Wish RTDC learns at least somethings from this team.

There is not much too do here except soak in the beauty arrounf the Fort and be with yourself. Swimming pool is under testing and will probably be ready for the next summers when we plan to return and spend a night in Hindola Mahal.
