Review of Garbhaji Falls

Garbhaji Falls
Ranked #14 of 30 things to do in Alwar

Good time to visit there in monsoon only. As in summer you will not be able to stay there for a long and Fall is mostly depends on rain otherwise in summer its become invisible. No facility is provided by government for public like food and bathroom facilities. Place is located too far from the city and also not very well connected to Alwar city. If you have to stay there in Alwar for long period of time then you can visit there for once. Be aware from the monkeys. Place is scenic with beautiful hills. You can go up through the stairs to visit in Temple but temple and stairs are not maintained.

The road to Garbhaji falls is very poor and it takes about an hour to reach from Alwar. The falls are is very small and water was merely trickling in when we went there in the month of June. The place is littered with emply plastic bottles etc left behind by tourists. There are too many monkeys around and you need to be careful of your belongings.

Simply not worth a visit.

It's an awesome place, surrounded by beautiful hills.
The view is pretty much scenic.
Water fall is great. There are stairs to go up and there is another beautiful temple, apart from the one down there.
The place is peaceful and an absolute beauty.
