This hotel is very close to the place where you can get local shuttles and taxis. But it is far from railway station, and you have to hire taxi or use some share vehicle and travel an hour or so to reach there. The hotel location is nice as you get a beautiful view of the hills and greenery all around from the hotel. One has to walk a little bit uphill before you reach the hotel, after you are getting down at the taxi stand which may be enjoyable for young and adults, but may be tiring for elders/olders and obese people. Hotel rooms are of good size and with good bathroom, but not very awesome. Outside view through window is very nice and enticing. Cleanliness is good and staffs are okay. One may really like hot and tasty breakfast served outdoor. Food served in the hotel is good. You have plenty of space to explore, in and around hotel. Garden and lawn are in okay shape. For this average budget hotel, you get good value for money, returns are slightly above average.

he hotel is located at a very prime location. Although the approach road to the hotel needs a lot of improvement. Quality of food is excellent, although the room service leaves a lot to be desired. Hotel staff is very cooperative and helpful. You should note that the room service & kitchen shut down at night. Also, kitchen is closed between 3 - 5 pm, hence, no services are available at that time. Overall, decent place, barely value for money.

The hotel is one of the highest in Mt Abu and has got excellent view of the valley/ town. The approach could be tough for overweight or aged people but is an added incentive for adventorous people. The staff is not professional but very courteous and helpful. The food is excellent (we ate only Veg food) and better than many restaurants in town.
The way they extended their hospitality when we arranged dinner for 10 local guests was very touching and taking dinner in their open garden with valley view below was very enjoyable.

The hotel selection was really good. The staff of the hotel were very polite and cooperative. The food quality was good. The location of the hotel is at hill which gives a spledid view of Mt. Abu. We roughly enjoyed our stay in these hotels and appreciate them.

Disgusting it the only possible way to describe the hotel, the staff, the attitude of the management - and I am trying to be polite. If they had made even 10% of the effort that they have shown in setting up a totally misleading website, they would have been a far better place. Rooms are small, with a pillar right in the middle of the room, tubs are broken, the towels and napkins in the bathroom are torn, the flooring is starting to come apart and the manager does not care a damn - even after you make a complaint. If you call for breakfast, you have to ask separately for sugar, ketchup, butter, jam - each individual item - what you don't specifically ask for you don't get. The view from only one side of the hotel is nice but from everywhere else, it is nothing great. In fact, from a couple of rooms at the back, the view is the hotel and staff kitchen. It poses as a royal heritage retreat - all the words are completely misleading.

DO NOT GET TAKEN IN BY THIS SHAM

We spent two nights at this property and I should admit that the rooms shown on their website are much better than what is actually available at the property. The hotel has a great location and view but the rooms were not spacious and not tastefully done. Rooms were really small and we did not expect this when we reached the property. The food was great and service was decent. Some fittings in the room were not working and we had to point them out to get them replaced.

Decent property for the money you pay but it is only the view from the hotel that is worth staying there for.
