The lady welcoming us to the apartment was rude, did not speak english and was not nice at all. The customer service is awful and she was not the person to whom we talked.
But what we find worse are the replies that these hosts put to the customers, which can be seen in booking.com. Normally,a customer focused establishment would NEVER EVER reply in such a rude way to their customers. I got an offensive reply and I really hope you never get more customers.
Owner doesn't speak a word of English and is an annoying old lady who is stingy, not flexible and makes mistakes in her work. The place has zero sense of customer service and the employees are very rude. They messed up our booking and did not even do anything to make it up- put us in an awful old apartment that probably has health violations. I fought to get breakfast included after going through hell with them- breakfast they provided was milk and tea. Would never recommend to stay here!
the appartmant was quite large and clean communication with the owners - flawless; we've exchanged some mails few days in advance and then arranged to meet at a store nearby. we were gereted by the owner 2 minutes after a phonecall.
