Had been looking forward to this for a long time. Arrived early to wander through the beautiful gardens and were greeted warmly. After seating, the menu was explained to us by Erin, and we eagerly viewed the selection. Starters very nice - salmon coconut soup, scallops on roti, baby ribs, carpaccio and the pulled duck - but not outstanding. Mains however were a disappointment. The lamb curry a fried lamb mince, yellow potato curry lacked any zing, the chicken curry was an unusual flavour, not really enjoyable, but the pork belly curry was very nice. Desserts however were great.
A very "commercial" restaurant with cooking school, recipe books and shop, but perhaps more time needs to be spent on the basics - the restaurant.
