Restaurant came highly recommended so 4 of us opted for the banquet which incorporated their most popular dishes. This was not your "average" Thai food - it was far better. We experienced tastes we would probably have never ordered if left to us to choose. The property was in a rainforest setting and we loved the intimate setting as the tables were completely separate from each other with the building being a U shape around a small lake. Highly recommended

From the entrance, to the setting, smart tables/chairs/cutlery, the wandering water dragons it goes on. We had the banquet, an ideal selection of seafood, meats, vegetarian and sublime deserts. The service, the food and the location just GREAT. We are fortunate in our 17 yrs on the S.Coast that they are still here doing a great job, well done. By the way the do 2 sittings for lunch on a Saturday so if you are after a long lazy lunch (like us) it is the one to go to.

Magnificent setting, fantastic food, worth the little extra expense to experience this restaurant. Out of town but a quiet drive. Have been twice, will definitely return.

This was a second visit after 10 years, and I must say little has changes. The almost jungle setting is fabulous and the tables are set up around a beautiful lake...truly lovely. Service was efficient. We ordered a whole 1kg fish that was deep fried in a tamarind and chilli sauce....truly lovely. The scallop entrée was wonderful, as was the fresh asparagus sides. All in all excellent food, except for a duck dish which was very dry. The wine list is quite limited, especially the white selections....a bit strange given the Thai influences of the cuisine. Our first choice was not in stock. All in all however a great experience after ten years, and we would return when next in the area.

We had a very memorable meal here while staying in Noosa for a couple of weeks. We had wanted to try Spirit House on an earlier trip but never got around to it, so we were really pleased we managed to get there at last! Although expensive, it is the kind of place that creates the whole experience, not just with the food, but the entire experience from the moment you enter the grounds and to be honest, we had no problem with paying what we did, in fact, we would go back again. We shared our dishes, choosing an appetiser, entree and main dish each. The flavours were just amazing and each dish was a real taste sensation. The setting is really peaceful and relaxing and we would have spent a couple of hours just taking our time and making the most of the surroundings and the delicious food. Service was attentive without being "in your face" The tofu entree...delicious, as was the soft shell crab and the jungle curry. We stuck to non-alcoholic drinks and had the lime and ginger fizz which was really tasty with Vietnamese mint in it which was so refreshing. Many thanks to the staff at Spirit House, we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and we are sure to be back sooner rather than later!
