As a group of 6 friends we have just returned from a fabulous 4 days in Vejer de la Frontera cooking and learning with Annie and her assistant Pepi. From the Monday evening when we were wined and dined chez Annie, until Thursday evening when we were treated to the best of Vejer's tapas restaurants and bars, we were royally entertained. Annie has the balance exactly right between cooking, eating and drinking in the most convivial atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble, the setting is beautiful, the food is delicious, the wine and sherry flow. Annie is the perfect host.
