“French, Welsh and Liverpool Group 16-08-2013”
Reviewed August 28, 2013

Stayed in cottages in Ab Lench, the Owner had left a recommendation for this Inn. Are we ever glad that he did. Nine of us sat down to eat, not one of us walked away from the table dissatisfied, Julie our Hostess, looked after us fantastically, nothing was to much trouble, food was exquisite, real ales and wine well up to scratch. If you ever get a chance to go, take it, but I would advise that you book as this is such a popular place, after eating here we could see why. Julie, your hospitality and advice on food choices was perfect. If/when we are back in Evesham area, we will definitely be eating in your hostelry again 11 out of 10. Angi xxx Liverpool

“Nice Meal, Good Atmosphere”
Reviewed August 24, 2013

Popped in tonight for a quick bite to eat. Steak, medium rare, cooked to perfection - chicken lasagne was superb. Too full for deserts but, looking at others, they seemed to be cracking value.

“what a gorgeous hidden jewel”
Reviewed August 24, 2013

We had rented a cottage nearby and this restaurant was in walking distance. Amazing food (especially the chips) with a good selection of specials each day and an excellent choice for dinner and lunch on normal menu. Lovely staff and atmosphere. Well worth a visit and the twinkly lights and candle lit tables make it even more cosy and appealing.

“Lovely old building, great food and service”
Reviewed June 8, 2013 via mobile

This pub/restaurant is a short drive from the M5 near Worcester. It's worth the detour, we stopped at the half way mark of our journey and it is in a different league to service areas. The pub has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the owner takes great care to make you feel at home and check that all is well. The food was first class and the service excellent. Recommended if your travelling near Pershore.
