The Doubletree Upper Eastside is a wonderful hotel. There was shuttle service available to the V&A Waterfront throughout the day. There were two additional eateries besides the hotl restaurant in the building. The front desk staff was AMAZING! I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was perfect with a beautiful view on the mountains and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast is superb! Safe parking is available. Decor selection is very stylish.

First time in SA and this place was just Awesome from the staff to the ambience of the Hotel.
Came across a number of honeymooners who were quite OK with everything around them, my conclusion its a honeymoon haven

I was upgraded to the loft suite on the fifth floor (perk of being a Hilton Honors Diamond member)
This suite is extremely spacious,1 king bed,lounge,dining area,kitchenette,2 toilets,shower and a bath.It’s on 2 floors with a spacious balcony.
Breakfast had a wide variety and they also have a halaal menu.
House keeping and guest relations was excellent.
I will definitely recommend and I hope to be back soon.
