Double size bed, very small room and shower. It is very noisy inside and outside the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing. I agree with other comments here regarding location, but not worth the trade off for me.

Very comfortable bed. Nice staff. Good breakfast with nice cappuccino. Right in the heart of the beautiful historic town of Jesi which has a great theatre and opera house, museums and art gallery even though it is not a big town.

Unprepossessing to look at but you must persevere because this is a very nice hotel. We had a very good size room with a small living room attached with breakfast and secure parking included for a very good price. Wifi is very fast and uncomplicated. The staff were charming ( particular thanks to Marco for his dedication and good advice), coffee in the morning excellent even by Italian standards and the hotel is very well situated for the center of town.

No frills, but spotlessly clean and fresh. Nice staff and unbeatable location in the city centre but in a quiet street. Great value for money and we found it perfect for a short stay, although it might be a bit basic for a long visit. Definitely recommend it - very good 3 star hotel.

A well presented, plain, yet clean hotel. Our beds where comfortable, the bathrooms where well equipped and kept clean everyday, as where the rooms. The staff are very helpful and friendly helping us with every enquiry we made with great efficiency and courtesy. Great breakfast every morning with fresh coffee, fresh pastries, fruit juices, fruit, cheeses, ham, cereals etc. Sky tv is available in the rooms but we didn't bother with that as we where far too busy having fun! I can recommend an early morning walk around Jesi's old walled city to really get the atmosphere of the place. Yes there are steps but my 75 year old mother managed them fine! Check out the wine bar ( Enoteca) across the road at the top of the steps for a proper authentic rustic old cellar, and an eccentric attentive host as a bonus. My parter is gluten free so it was great to find a gluten free shop just down the steps in front of the hotel. All in all a great inexpensive hotel.

Room tip: Maybe to the rear and internal to the courtyard are the quieter rooms.
