Hotel dei Nani lies outside the town center on a busy thoroughfare heading NE. This road is pretty quiet at night but gets loud in the early AM. Light sleepers should ask for a room facing the rear. Rooms are spacious, clean and very well appointed, with HD sat-TV and good bathrooms.
The hotel restaurant is also very good and not really expensive (try the deep-fried calamari and shrimp with fries and taste the house Verdicchio wine). Service is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at Dei Nani again as the price/quality ratio it offers can't be beat. Plenty of free parking outside.

I stayed for one night at this hotel and was not overly impressed.

The rooms are adequate, but the hotel is next to a very noisy road and the windows don't offer much sound insulation.

The restaurant is actually a separate affair, so you cannot add the bill to your room (even though they are connected). The food was decent enough.

Breakfast is fine but nothing exciting. All in all this is a budget room with decent rooms but don't expect the best nights sleep!

Stayed here for 7 nights and found the hotel to be as good as two years previously. I requested my former room and it was granted. The room was very clean with a well appointed bathroom (shower only), good bed, large flat TV with SKY however I could never work out how to change the language to English (which I believe you can) so listened to a classical music channel instead. There was a refrigerator which is a bonus but no tea and coffee making facilities. The balcony had double glazed French doors which cut any noise from the car park. There is little English spoken by the owners however regardless of this, they are extremely helpful and polite. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance and the old town is approximately one to two kilometres away.
