I was greeted by a very friendly lady who jumped right into a very educational tour of the museum followed by a visit to the lighthouse in the front yard. The history was personal and very well explained. It is clear that passion exists here and I enjoyed my visit very much.

“Very interesting museum”
Reviewed August 25, 2013 via mobile

When we arrived if was pouring down with rain. The owner very kindly noticed us and held the door open as we ran from the car. This us a very small museum, based mainly in a house. It has the last lighthouse from St. John's outside. We were made to feel very welcome and were shown around all of the exhibits abc photos. This have a very personal feel. Unfortunately die to the weather and particularly the lightening we were unable to go inside and up the lighthouse. The museum is free but donations are needed in order for it to keep going. We felt it was a very worthwhile and interesting place to see.
