Ti Kaye was the most romantic place I've been. It is isolated and very con-commercial so it is not for those of you who are looking for fast food and action. However, if you are looking for total relaxation and a luxurious place to stay and get away from it all, this is your place. The chalet was absolutely amazing. The service was nothing less than professional.

The dining was exquisite with a variety of delicious dinners. Pre-dinner the guests would gather at the bar and socialize over a few drinks and each guest was given a mini shoulder and neck massage. That was great until he and I both ended up sunburned and then it became a little painful ;) I was impressed that there was no "set" menu; each night carried a new theme, and Thai night was definitely my favorite. Lunch was served at your convenience at the beach bar where you could sit next to the ocean and enjoy a light menu in your cotton skirt, tank, and flip flops and just be steps away from getting back to the beach.

My favorite part of the chalet was the outdoor shower. When I build my dream house, it will definitely have a replicated "Ti Kaye" shower!

There are many activities available at the resort, and many off-site coordinated through the resort, including land, sea and land/sea tour combinations. We, however, did not want to be a part of a group and wanted to venture out just the two of us and govern our own day and pick and choose what we did. The staff at Ti Kaye was more than happy to arrange a driver for us and we spent a day just exploring the island. We had lunch at Ladera, another resort on the island, visited the rainforest and volcano, and had an amazing time.

On Friday nights, the locals in nearby Anse Le Raye have a fish fry. It's a sort of street fair with vendors lining the streets with a variety of local food and fare. It is not glamourous, it is not upscale, but it is fun! It is an amazing opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture and to live like a true St. Lucian, if only for a few hours. Ti Kaye provides shuttling to and from the event.

I think my partner was most impressed with the wine collection and selection. He had a very enjoyable wine tasting session with Ti Kaye's very knowledgeable sommelier, Cleus.

I highly advise anyone considering this resort as their destination to just go....you're not going to regret it!

We really enjoyed our week in St. Lucia, staying at Ti Kaye Village. We had our own cabin with an outdoor garden shower, a plunge pool, and a porch (with huge hammock) at the top of a cliff overlooking a beautiful bay, a black sand beach, and the Caribbean Sea.

Anse Cochon, where Ti Kaye is located, is a good base from which to explore the island, you can to either Castries and the northwest or Soufriere and the southwest in 30-45 minutes. I recommend renting a car so you can get around, as long as you're comfortable driving on the left on steep, winding mountain roads.

St. Lucia has some of the nicest beaches I've visited in the Caribbean, and beautiful, mountainous rainforest as well. Ti Kaye has a first-rate dive shop, and I went on one of the best dives I've done offshore from Gros Piton. Also visited the market in Castries, the bubbling sulphur springs near Soufriere, and several excellent botanical gardens.

We stayed at Ti Kaye for our wedding night in February, it was a surprise arranged by my husband (the best present ever!) and we spend the night in an oceanview cottage with pool.
Since it was our wedding night the room was decorated with flower petals and there was a huge cheese and biscuit platter as well as some cake and drinks in our fridge, courtesy of the hotel, which was a lovely touch.

Anse Cochon is a great spot for snorkelling and diving around the island generally was quite good.
We both enjoy travelling and before we had our children stayed in a number of nice hotels, but Ti Kaye must be the most beautiful place I have ever been to.
I do not want to repeat what all the other reviews have said, just want to confirm that the cottage with oceanview and plungee pool indeed amazing. So were the hotel grounds and the service, I could not fault anything during our short stay.
Its rather isolated location might make it more suitable for a multicentre holiday, although the hotel did offer excursions to explore the island.

Ti Kaye is a very special place, for a honeymoon I couldn't have imagined a nicer place to stay, and I would love to return to in a few years time for a longer stay.

My husband and I went to Ti Kaye Dec. 2009 for our honeymoon and stayed for a week. First of all, it was way too long. If you read the good reviews and want to go, just stay for a few nights and then go someplace else. What IS good about the place is the spa services, the staff and the rooms. The staff makes an effort to learn your name and many of them will call you by name whenever they see you. Since you have to walk through the main restaurant to get to the beach, they'll always see you and know where you are! The good staff reviews seem to be consistent with all the reviews. What I haven't read yet is about the *awful* food. We were disappointed with dinner every night we ate there, and there is only 1 place to eat dinner. The cuisine is more European/Indian type cuisine and it was just odd-there really wasn't much fresh seafood and we were never offered any of the "local' food that is grown there. There is also no escaping unless you want to pay a fortune for a cab (which we did one night because we couldn't take the food any longer) and endure the bumpy ride (the potholes really are bad). Brunch was pretty standard, and you can have an omelet made for you. Be warned, brunch comes with BIRDS. The birds swarm all around the tables and will land in your drink and food. It was scary both times we chose to eat brunch. For many people, that can be a nightmare!! The beach is small, which is fine, but the chairs are only set out on half of it because the tourist boats come ALL DAY LONG and the people take up the other half of the beach. You get to hear the tour guides on their megaphones all day and get annoyed by the locals who will never leave you alone. Yes, they are nice, but with everything going on at the beach, it was just another annoyance. So in the end, you're sitting in your beach chair right on top of everyone else at the resort, all bunched up together. It's ridiculous. One last thing--we paid a lot extra to have the plunge pool, and it was freezing-we couldn't even get in it. We did hear from other people that theirs was ok, so make sure you ask if your pool gets any sun. Ours was quite shaded so it stayed freezing all day long.

If you are considering staying at Ti Kaye Village don't waste another minute thinking about it, book it! You wont be disappointed. Ti Kaye is a small, remote, intimate, gem. The rooms are so inviting you are instantly swept away to a place where daydreams are made. Between naps in the hammock, endless hours in the rocking chair sipping champane, and private dips in the plunge pool, all with magnificent views of the caribbean, one forgets there is more to this oases. Ti Kaye is very remote, but offers an excellent menu of activities and excursions to suit everyones interest. All of which are brilliantly executed. As if all of that was not enough, somehow Ti Kaye has managed to hire the perfect staff. Everyone is professional, courteous, unassuming and generally just nice people. Within minutes, you are a friend. Without a douth, I will be back. Trust me, this is one place you don't want to miss.

Ti Kaye is a real find. The beach and setting are spectacular, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The staff makes a point of learning eveyone's name and calling you by name.
The property consists of 32 cottages around a restaurant, any you walk down steps to one of the best beaches on the Island. There is great snorkeling right off the beach.
All in all Ti Kaye is a great destination which is a very good value.

We travel alot and visited this resort upon the recommendation of friends. The place lived up to it reputation: expensive, luxurious, first class, relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. The remote location was a shock and at first we thought too confining. We got settled in and just enjoyed the spa, the view, basking in the sun and swimming. The staff very attentive. For a honeymoon, ideal.
