We stayed 3 times at Pequena Paraiso and recently traveled solo and Rick
picked me up at the Airport took me to the store to get what I needed before
arriving at the gated Very Nice Place called Pequena Paraiso .
Rooms were Big spotless and Comfortable and Clean Bed..crisp linen
Anita and her daughter who is a chef were wonderfull.., they are gourmet cooks.
So breakfast can be delightfull. This time I had to go really early so Anita had
packed a healthy Banana bread yogurt and fruit /juice so I can eat on the way
and She had took me to the Airport herself ..Thank You. Shey Tan Balitan88@gmail.com

Starting with airport pick up, exclusively arranged tours, fabulous breakfasts and specially prepared dinners you just can't beat the Pequeno Paraiso! Richard and Anita dedicated a 110% of their time and efforts to ensure our visit to Panama was unforgettable. It was like a visit to your best friend's place, only better... ALL THINGS WERE POSSIBLE and you don't have to help with the dishes! Seriously, we highly recommend Pequeno Paraiso. We had intended to stay only 3 days at the beginning of our visit and opted to spend another two at the end because of the gracious hospitality and "total care" we experienced! As for B&Bs in Panama City, you can't do better!

I stayed for 4 days/3 nights at Pequeño Paraiso B&B with my mother just a few days ago.
Usually there's always an up side and a down side to everything, but not with Pequeño Paraiso. Our stay was absolutely AMAZING!!! Everything about it is incredible. From the super clean rooms, the location, and most of all the service. The owners, Anita and Richard simply go out of their way to make you feel at home. They're very receptive to the guests' wants and needs, and they have great suggestions about what to do and where. Plus they're very sweet and sociable people. I also want to point out the food...simply OUT OF THIS WORLD! Caterina, the chef, makes the most delicious breakfasts and the dinners are just heavenly. I sincerely have nothing negative to say about our stay at Pequeño Paraiso, and highly recommend it.

The breakfasts were fabulous. Rick and Anita always were willing to help, whether it was giving directions to a wonderful, waterfront anniversary dinner or ordering a pizza when we wanted to eat in. Because the food was so fabulous and the location was away from local restaurants, it would be helpful if dinners were offered to their guests. We would have been willing to pay for these dinners, if offered.

This Bed and breakfast is the best place to relax in Panama. Very close to the central city peaceful and quiet stay. The pool, the service, the room, one cannot ask for a better place to stay while visiting Panama. I will never stay at a hotel again when traveling Panama. Liked it so much, I'm coming back in December.

We stayed here for five nights from Nov 9. It's a lovely home, with beautiful guest rooms and wonderful hosts. Rick arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and Anita gave us a lift the next day to pick up our rental car in Panama City as she was going into the city herself. We had a different breakfast every day and each was absolutely delicious. From the B&B we were able to drive easily (with a GPS provided for $5/day by the rental company) to Gamboa for birding, to the Metropolitan Park, and to the Miraflores Locks visitor centre on the canal. Our experience was 100% positive at Pequeno Paraiso.

We stayed at this beautiful B&B twice. Once when we arrived in Panama City for two nights and again when we returned from Bocas Del Toro for one night. It is, in our opinion, the best possible choice in all of Panama City. This shouldn't only be rated #1 B&B in Las Cumbres, it should be rated #1 B&B for all of Panama City. We sat and chatted with both Anita and Richard and they let us know that their goal was to create a beautiful, comfortable, clean place that they themselves would want to stay in, if they were traveling. Well, they have certainly mastered their craft! The house is gorgeous, the rooms are beyond spotless, and the common area with the pool is quaint and welcoming. Each room has its own entrance from outside; you never feel like you’re disturbing anybody else, it is really private. And the breakfasts… how could you ever forget those delicious gourmet breakfasts?! The French toast was so delicious and we raved about it the entire time we were there. Anita was so sweet and she emailed the recipe to me once I got home! The day we left, our flight was really early in the morning and Anita prepared a breakfast to go for both of us and Richard drove us there. They both take so many extra steps to ensure that everything is perfect.
Las Cumbres is not located directly down town. That being said, Anita and Richard make it extremely easy for you to get around. There are local buses that you can easily take, or they are happy to organize a driver for $10 an hour who will drive you anywhere you'd like to go. As well you can hire these drivers for the entire day. Basically it's like you're own personal tour guide! It was a great way to see all the sights of Panama City with a knowledgeable local pointing out all the highlights! As well, when Richard or Anita went downtown, they offered us a lift, three different times! For us, that was beyond accommodating.
On top of all of this, you are able to call Canada for free (I believe you can call the U.S. as well, but I’m not positive). They have hired live in help who is a very kind person. Anita told me that she is the newest member of their family, which I thought was a really nice thing to say. They also have two extremely friendly, well mannered dogs and a very nice bird!
Overall, this gorgeous B&B far exceeded any expectations we had. It is the best B&B we have ever stayed at. It truly feels like a home away from home.
