We stayed here because it is convenient to my sisters' house in Monteroni D'Arbia. I wouldn't consider it convenient to Siena. It's located on a somewhat busy highway (at least by Italian standards) in an industrial-ish area. The rooms/bathrooms are nice and modern, but it has a bit of a motel feel to it. I guess the hotel has A/C, but it's centrally controlled and was not on during our visit. Although it was cool out at night, the traffic is noisy so we opted to close the windows and be hot. I ended up borrowing a fan from my sister for some air circulation and background noise to tune out the traffic. The owner is super nice, but doesn't speak much English. We opted for the "buffet breakfast" for 8 Euro each one morning. Definitely not worth it. It was just pastries, prosciutto, cheese, warm yogurt, some fruit, and cereal. Instead of cereal bowls, there were tiny little ramekins and I had to ask for milk. Overall it's OK, but I found it pricey (70 Euro/night) for the location.
Pros: very clean and spacious, mini bar, wifi, friendly owner, nice shower
Cons: Location, street noise, kind of lame and expensive breakfast, had to ask for more toilet paper, no A/C
