“Peaceful Oasis”
Reviewed March 14, 2014

This hotel really needs modernizing. It's very 70's brown décor is a bit drab. We stayed at the beginning of our trip in a large but dark and dank room but when we returned at the end of our trip we were upgraded to a suite which obviously had had some modernization and was light and airy - much nicer. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great as was the buffet evening meal. As we went to a wedding we got up late one morning and even though breakfast was served for another half hour, we only had cereal and toast. The buffet had been cleared, which was disappointing. The location was fine for us because the wedding venue was close but otherwise it's a long way out of Delhi. If there was a button for good, I'd have pressed that one. The hotel is better than average but I wouldn't say very good. The swimming pool was out of order and there was nowhere to sit outsite, even though there was a garden.

Smallish room, Clean and comfortable. Washroom was clean, Surprisingly did not have a health Faucet.
The food served in the restaurant was average. The buffets were rather oily though the variety was good. Service was friendly.
Live ghazals in the dining room and quite loud. So unless you enjoy Ghazals find out when to dine while the singers are on a break

Room Tip: Ask for a room close to the reception and dining room as some rooms are quite a distance away and ta...

This hotel looks like it used to be an amazing place a while ago but it has become old now. The whole building looks old and ill maintained but rooms are well furnished with great beds and clean linen. Carpeting makes the place pretty quite too. But it seems pretty ghostly and deserted due to its size and low lighting.
Spread in the restaurant is pretty good. Got a deal with unlimited drinks , so made good use of it too. Place is close to surajkund but nothing else. Hard to get public transport too
Overall , a great experience at hotel.

This place is good, but the biggest problem is location. If one wants stay for long duration than this place is an ideal one, as its away from city in a peacefull location.

Rooms/ Food/ Service all are good, only issue is there AC in corridor (Apartment area) is generally kept switched off.

This hotel was quite nice, but in the middle of nowhere. Not a good place if you want to go anywhere on foot. Even by car it's 40 minutes to anything.

The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the service was very good.

My room was large, clean, and comfortable, although it did have an odd, musty smell.

The hotel is big with several wings and several floors. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. This is the place to go if you are on a shoe string budget, but mind you, you might end up paying a price for travelling to and fro to the city.

The rooms are arranged like a small apartment! As soon as you enter into a door which seems like your room, you are greeted by chairs and a spacious seating area. Each seating area is shared by two rooms. It is a nice arrangement in case you are travelling in a large group and wish to keep in touch - which was what I was doing. But, I don't know how this arrangement would work out in case you don't wish to share space with your neighbours.

A friend in the group also had a problem with his laundry getting mixed up with someone else's but somehow managed to locate his laundry.

The location of this hotel puzzles me! It is far from any city or habitation in NCR and there is absolutely no decent place to visit any where near the hotel. Unless of course you wish to visit the large seemingly 5 Star establishment - Claridges - located just beside The Atrium.

The rooms are spacious with carpeted floors but they could do with some renovation. Sadly, the lobby is not air conditioned (as they never seem to turn it on). The breakfast is very good with a large range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian items. They also have nice conference halls big enough to occupy around 200 people.

All in all, a very pleasant stay, though the location is very bad.

Dint know anything about this hotel till I stepped in, first they gave a non-smoking room which was clearly used as a smoking room, the next room spelled of moist fungus and then after finally they gave a room after cleaning. Service was not that good, they dint bother to check the rooms before they were allotted. Rooms were big, clean. But the corridors and halls were not so clean, with false roofing anytime might fall on your head. Lifts and walkways were dirty. Food nothing to worth mentioning. Overall I wouldn't suggest staying in this hotel, I am sure there are many other alternate options.
