I organized a teambuilding activity last Sept 2012 here in Batis Aramin. This was recommended by a colleague so I set high expectations but I was a bit disappointed as this is not worth the long travel from Manila. I reserved 3 rooms including the duplex house with 3 CRs, kitchen and private pool. Pros: Few meters away from Kamay ni Jesus, Cheap, rooms are spacious, with kitchen and some appliances are provided (refrigerator, stoves, kettle, etc), many cabinets for the clothes in room, staffs are nice, you can rent videoke, Ice, snacks and drinks are available in the reception area.Cons: Kitchen a bit dusty, private pool is too cold that you wont be able to swim and enjoy, poor lightnings of bridge and ways at night so we had to use flashlights and cellphones, phone isnt working so we need to go to the reception area for the requests, you can tell the receptionist to send some locals they know to have a body massage, mani/pedi and foot spa. So to summarize, if you are from Manila with family, friends or teambuilding activity, the long travel is not worthy as there is nothing special in the place Caliraya is even better as they can offer more activities.

Batis Aramin is a 4 hour ride spot from Manila. In front of Batis Aramin is the famous Kamay ni Hesus of Fr. Joey Faller. After the station of the cross in Kamay ni Hesus, we directly had our team building activities. We had different kind of group games, rappel, zipline and wall climb. :)
Another thing that I enjoyed the most is the water of their pools. Batis aramin swimming pools have pure clean water coming from a natural source. The water is really cold and no chemical added. So it is recommended to go there during summer time :) There are also rooms for overnight stay and spacious cottages for day activity

We went here during the Pahiyas festival and my kids have really enjoyed this resort. There are several pools within the area. Staff are friendly and helpful. I was planning to get a room but unfortunately it was all fully booked so we just had a day use. We just rented a cottage for P400. Entrance fee is very reasonable P125, price is different for night swimming. Food menu is good, a bit pricey but big servings. By the way you can bring your own food and drinks. They have this Adventure camp where you can do some activities like zipline, rapelling & wall climbing. You have to get the ticket at the reception for P250, they say its unlimited ride but actually they will allow only you to do 5 of each. They should improve the shower rm for both male and female as well as the rest room but nevertheless the place is ok.

Since I am from Lucban, it is really convenient for my family to take a swim in this place. To be honest with you, I would recommend this resort/hotel if you are from Lucban or nearby city but if you are from Manila, na.ah! The place is great only if there are limited people swimming but of course for business purposes, they will allow as many vacationers as possible. Another thing, if the owner's family friends are partying or occupying transients, they can't say no to noise(that's the main reason the other reviews are completely true regarding the noise and partying teenagers). For a day trip, the cottages are way too expensive(even the entrance fee)
This resort hotel is perfect only for weddings or any other event(again if you are from nearby city)but if you will drive 3-4 hours just to visit this hotel, DO NOT GO.
Everything in this hotel is truly expensive though the service is poor. If you'd go to Batangas, you can get better amenities but for more affordable rate.
By the way, better bring lots of mosquito repellant if you don't want to have dengue.

If you are from a city, this place will actually be a nice place to unwind. Yep, hence the title. We went there just yesterday. Stayed there for 3 days for the SK Seminar. The stay was super worthwhile, I must say. The place is really beautiful. It's huge (9 ha if I remember it right) so you can roam around the place. It has a clear view of Mt. Banahaw. The place is a rural area. You will really have a break from the pollution, noise and all. The best thing about it are the activities you can do there. You may try the zipline and you may do rappelling and wall climbing. It's a very good place to conduct team building activities. The facilitators of these activities are really nice and accommodating. About the food, I can't tell you about it's affordability, but yes it was delicious. So uhh if you wanna unleash that adventurous side of you, this place is for you.

Just came from this resort yesterday. The place was good. If your looking for a nice place to swim its a good place for family picnics. Rooms were clean and affordable. We were just disappointed on their service. Ordering food will take you 30-45 minutes. Food are slightly expensive so it is more likely favorable to buy or bring food outside the resort. They lack on man power to provide good service to clients. But overall staying there is fun because of the place.

Stayed there with my family last February. My dad likes to take the whole family to Kamay ni Hesus when he's in the Philippines. It happened to be his birthday so he decided to take us there. The Church is just across the road so it was easy to find. The place was referred to us by a friend who came from Lucban. We've been to Kamayan sa Palaisdaan Resort before so we knew that was a good option too. However, this was the most reasonable option we could get. Afterall, we only needed a place to rest overnight and a place where my niece and nephew could swim.

The place was huge. They have an open air reception. I could tell that the place was quiet coz I didn't see much guests around. In fact, they happened to have scheduled a staff retreat the following day and that the resort was going to be closed. We asked to see the rooms first before we checked in. We were shown a dark bedroom with 2 double beds and a dodgy bathroom. It was facing their biggest pool but it looked substandard. We were shown another room which was on the other side of the hanging bridge. A bit further from the reception. The room was spacious and clean. It had 2 bunk beds and one double bed. It was close to a better swimming pool. Oh, and they offered it at a lower price!

Their resto looked as if it was abandoned. It was dusty and there were food on the floor. There weren't any waiter on standby to greet you. We only got to order when someone finally came out to serve food on the other table. The food was nice though.

Our main concern was our safety. Our bedroom door did not have a double lock from inside. There was an ongoing construction right in front of the cottage we were staying at so we knew that some other people had access to the resort. I had to block the door with a chair before going to sleep so it would make a noise if someone tries to get in.

The resort was dark came nighttime. We only saw one security at a distant guardhouse. We went out for dinner at the town proper which is about 10-15min drive. We had to reconfirm that there was a security in the area while we were out.

Smooth check out. Although they had to ring us to verify our check out time coz their staff was setting off for the retreat soon! I think the owner had to stay to assist us instead.

Overall, I dont think they can already be considered as 5-star resort. They still have so many things to consider for their guests.

Room Tip: They have some activities available where u can find at the back of the resort. I only got to see wa...
