Excellent location.Quiet little village. Convenience store close by. Five minutes drive from Macynleth. Spacious accommodation, everything catered for . Central to get out and about.
Great place to stay, with lots of thoughtful extras by owners such as info book and tourist leaflets, games, books and dvds. Bungalow was spacious and well equipped with all you need on holiday and very comfortable. Loved the conservatory which was great in sunny weather and nice and bright even on the dullest of days. Lovely views from garden and comfy wooden outdoor table and chairs outside with parasol for shade. Short drive on main road to both Aberdovey and Machynlleth, and handy shop and pub short walk away.
Netherleigh had everything you could need for a family holiday. We were not far from the beaches at Aberdovey and Tywyn. Aberystwyth is not too far and we can recommend a visit to Nant y Arian to see the red kites being fed. It's a wonderful experience. The RSPB centre at Ynis Hir is a lovely place to explore. My grandchildren enjoyed visiting Borth Zoo. A highlight of the holiday was seeing red kites flying over the cottage. My naturalist grandson(aged 5) was thrilled.
We really enjoyed our stay during Easter bank holiday. Great place to live. Beautiful surroundings, quiet and relaxing. Will definitely recommend to visit this place.
Very happy with the bungalow. As a family of 6, including 2 teenagers, we never felt cramped. The central heating & washing machine worked very well for us. Had some lovely local walks & were lucky with the weather. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks
My boyfriend and I came to the bungalow with our puppy for a lovely week in the sun. The weather has been kind to us at 25 degrees (a bit different to when we last came in the snow in November!)
Bungalow was lovely and clean with plenty of space for everything- having the dishwasher and washing machine has come in very handy. The village is so quiet and peaceful to sit out in the garden too.
We Enjoyed lots of time at Aberdyfi and exploring the surrounding village of Pennal and another lovely meal at the riverside. See you again very soon! Thank you :)
This was an ideal bungalow to stay in with children and grandparents. Granddad had his own space in the master bedroom with a walk in shower which was ideal due to limited mobility. The children's room was small but adequate and the living room plus conservatory gave enough space for everyone to do their own thing. The cottage was clean and based in a quiet village with a pub and children's play area. Perfect for shorts trips out.
