First let me say before I book my holiday i read reviews with an open mind an unless they are all bad i go ahead and book.
First let me start with the positives. The room was clean and had the most beautiful views. We were in block 7 which was a hill but there was a buggy up and down all the time or you could phone reception and they would collect you. The staff were really friendly & helpful. The pool area was kept lovely and clean and there was no scramble for sunbeds.
Now for the negatives. Me and my daughter are not fussy eaters but found difficulty eating the food. The salads were lovely as were the desserts but the rest was poor. To get hot food you needed to go in the restaurant as soon as it opens. Non of the food was labelled so a few times we took food and had to leave it. The snacks which are served between 10 & 12 and 3 & 6 again are poor and consisted of a tray either of sandwiches which consist of a slice of ham & cheese no butter or marg on a tray covered in cling film served from behind the bar or a a small pastry, which you were given and one only . Ice cream was available at the same time and was not available between these times.
The room had no tea making facilities although you had two cups and saucers in the room, you have to ask for a kettle at reception and we had to wait for three days as there was none available.
The drinks at the poolside bar were served in small plastic glasses which is understandable while the pool is open but the last thing i wanted to do was get dressed up to enjoy the evening and watch the entertainment? drinking out of plastic cups, they wasn't even half pint or pint plastic cups they were the very small ones so once the ice was in they were nearly full. the cocktails where awful and it was local spirits which tasted odd? the soft drinks were poor and the water was also served in plastic cups through the day ...no bottles were available only from the shop. Me and my daughter paid over £600 each with Thomas Cook for all inclusive it just seemed that everything was done on the cheap even the orange juice tasted like squash,
The entertainment was poor with an entertainment team of 3 and consisted of bingo, karaoke and quizzes and a disco, again it would have been nice to have a Greek night or outside entertainers. I paid the same price last year for a week in Spain and the hotel was really all inclusive .
Was really disappointed and felt let down. I,m a great believer in you get what you pay for, so was not happy.
The holiday was made by the people we met and they made the holiday memorable.

Budget hotel
Friendly staff
Crap food and so repetitive, we ended up eating out LOADS
Many rooms way up the top of the hillside
And an arduous walk
Very basic accommodation
Monotonous repetitive music banged out 10 am to 11pm
Great entertainer BAMBY 5 STARS TO THIS GUY
Long queues for weak drinks
THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK UP
This really shows how poor the Greek economy is
SO SAD

Just returned 21/05 2018. Good points, hotel staff are tremendously friendly from reception to cleaners. The apartments are quite basic , but don't forget it is a three star hotel not a five star. We asked at reception if we could have a kettle and we received one the next day.
The food is like most, Buffett style not a huge choice but more than adequate. We were at the very top of the hill but the bus was going up and down all the time and was not a problem at all plus the view from the top was beautiful. The walk into Sidari was about 10 minutes tops.

Sorry negative points
Entertainment is very poor ,bingo and a loud boom boom disco type of music we went down to Sidari most nights. The bus back up the hill/ bank stops at 12 so if you do go down to the strip make sure you are back in time. We did walk up it once or twice and my partner who suffers with arthritis did find it a little hard.
Overall we had a lovely stay and we are looking to go back next year.

Room Tip: Best views are naturally at the top of the hill.

Good hotel, will be good to renovate. Very friendly stuff, animators etc. Many flowers and trees. Perfect food and pool. Good for family vacation. There is an animator who greatly entertains kids in the evening I recommend.

Stayed for a week from the 4th May. This was our second holiday in Sadari but our first time at the Panorama. We loved the hotel. The staff are lovely really friendly. We were in block 801 which is at the top the views were fab. The food was nice & our room was huge which we loved. This a great 3 star hotel would stay again.
