“Small and friendly does the trick”
Reviewed August 12, 2012

This hotel is small, friendly and relaxing. The staff are friendly and accomodating, their help sets your holiday off to the best start possible, nothing is too much trouble for them to help with.
The Hotel itself is immaculately clean. The pool is large and has a bar with waiter service.

Room Tip: Rooms on south side are quieter and can boast large balconies

This is our third consecutive holiday at the Three Brothers in Sidari and once again another great holiday! I heartily endorse all of the comments made in the review by Barbara E .... so much so that we have booked again for next year, 2013, which will make in 4 years on the trot!

I would just add that it is not ideal for small children. The majority of the guests who were there when we were had seen their children grow up and were having the type of holiday they dreamed about when the kids were young.

The Three Brothers is fun! The staff are wonderful! The food and entertainment superb!

Great Holiday....... same again next year!

Room Tip: Always ask for a sea view and balcony when booking!

This was our second visit to the Hotel. Last year we cruised the first week and stayed our second, but this year decided to do a full two weeks and we wasnt disappointed. We learnt from last year to stipuate a sea view and balcony and we got what I consider to be the best room in the Hotel. Fabulous to wake up every morning to the beach and sea. There was no favourtism here - we paid extra on our holiday for this priviledge.

Its not just the Hotel thats great though - its the staff. I cannot pinpoint one member of staff who wasnt exceptional and I think it helps that they are the same staff year upon year. George, Maria and Niko served our food and were fab. The two Spiro's and Pepe looked after our drinks, plus doubled as DJ's and entertainers! Watching Spiros sing 'There'll be a welcome in the hillside' hand on chest, with the Welsh contingent was hilarious. The Owner, Lakis makes sure the place runs like clockwork. He is truly a genuinely lovely man - nothing is too much trouble. The staff on reception are great - english girls who know what we want and try their best to meet our requirements. I sound like the typical englishman abroad, but its just nice to find a place that's home from home. The food is lovely and greek! No chips served with the meals - but if you do have them from the menu they are real chips - no frozen rubbish.

Entertainment wise - Lakis books great acts and there's plenty of audience participation if you want it. The main street is busy at night, and can be noisy, but there are lots of bars close by, some on the beach, that are quite to chill. The country has seen a slump and some bars are serving drinks that are locally brewed, although charging for named brands. However, the hotel bar is the real mccoy as is Escape Bar on the Canal D'Amour - nice spot to people watch. There are no black looks if you choose not to stay at the hotel to drink either.

The same people going back year upon year must say something about the place - its like meeting your long lost friends every year on holiday! Lakis has really got it right and the fact that the country is going through a particularly bad period is not reflected at all in the service, or cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms are super clean, showers fab, and big fluffy towels changed daily. Its also worth mentioning that the air conditioning and the safety deposits are not charged. This is in with the price, so no nasty surprises.

My only suggestion for improvement would be a small fridge in the rooms and a kettle. Other than that, perfect. Thank you to the staff for making our holiday wonderful.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front are a little noisy as its on the main strip however they do have double glazing...

Just returned from this hotel after a weeks cruise on the majesty. We was in a room on the fourth floor which was basically in the attic, it had just a window and no balcony we were so disappointed absolutely hated it. The hotel itself was lovely and the staff fantastic, we mainly went to the beach everyday but the pool Iooked nice. We enjoyed the evening entertainment but also wandered up the main street to a few bars, everything is on your doorstep. The meals were very nice and I'm a fussy eater but we enjoyed them. If I was to return I would have to have a balcony room, I'm not sure it's the hotels fault but the rooms are what the travel agents book for us so be careful! Also I imagine rooms at the front would be noisy, we had a room at the back and didn't hear a thing.

I never really return to a hotel but with the right room I would go back!!

We have just returned from our 1st visit to this hotel after doing a weeks cruise the week before and have to agree that the staff are great and make the hotel. I have no idea why people return year after year, yes the pool is lovely, hotel is clean and if you smoke you'll love it.

You are allowed to even smoke in the rooms and as non smokers found this not good. We arrived at our room as it was our honeymoon had hoped for double bed or at least beds we could push together, not in this room it had a pillar in the middle, we phone reception immediately but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, my other half went downstairs to collect TV controls and aircon and found two people in reception crying due to their rooms not being what they were expecting!

The rooms are basic and our shower very very small if you turned the wrong way you turned the shower off.

We had a knock at the door and Maria and Pepie brought us flowers, fruit and wine...that was a lovely surprise and very well received, would have preferred a double bed tho ;-)

The food the first few nights wasn't great but did improve as the week went on. We did speak to our rep come the sunday morning as I wanted to change hotels, she said she would look into this and also speak to hotel to get our room changed....we never saw her again, but she must have spoken to the hotel as they moved us on the monday to a room that had beds together but then the room was smaller, couldn;t open one side of the wardobe as it hit the bedside cabinet. And the shower dribbled out but we could manage with that and didn;t feel we could let them know this and we felt that we complaining and this is not what we wanted on our honeymoon.

We paid extra for sea view and balcony and pleased we did the noise out the front was fairly loud, but then to be honest we heard more noise from the music in the lounge area and we were on the 3rd floor dread to think how loud it was on the 2nd floor. Be aware balcony are shared...something I wasn;t aware of.

It appears repeat guests get the best rooms and this was mentioned by a few of the newbies that had never been there.

On our last evening there they had reserved us a table with flowers, candle and a card congratulating us on our wedding, so you see the staff are fantastic.

You can tip as you go along or ask for an enevlope at the end of your stay, this is then spilt between all the staff at the end of each month which is what we were going to do, but we decided to tip the staff directly we felt had made our stay.

This hotel would have been great if we had taken our teenage children, it had everything they would have needed....pool...and nightclubs/bars on your doorstep.

Sidari is very English and like a mini blackpool, I missed not having a place you could just walk along, Sidari is one long street with tiny pavements that you couldn't really have two of you on and a one way street that didn't get shut so watch out for the cars!

This was our 4th visit to the Three brothers hotel, and we have already booked to go again next July, which speaks volumes. The hotel is right on the beach which is lovely and clean and you can safely swim right out into the sea without it getting too deep. To the front of the hotel is sidari's main street, which is full of bars, restaurants, shops etc, there really isnt a need to travel far for anything it is all on your doorstep. Upon arrival at the hotel you are met by receptionists melanie and Pauline who are both english and are such lovely, helpful people who cannot do enough for you, we now regard them as friends. Your cases are carried up to your room. The bar area is lovely and cool and the drinks served are off the highest quality in sidari, and the barmen the 2 spiros's and pepie are so nice and funny and you are served your drinks at your table all evening. The restaurant is spotlessly clean and the food is soooo good, all waiter service, breakfast you can have a full english, greek yogurt, fruit, cereal etc and tea/coffee, and evening meal , there are 3 choices of starter and main and always a greek dish available, the manager lakis takes your food order and will explain what each dish consists of, and if you dont fancy anything off menu you can have pretty much what you want. Maria, George and Nikos serve in the restaurant, they are all so friendly, charming , professional and helpful. The pool area is georgeous with plenty of sunbeds, no need to get up here at the crack of dawn for a sunbed, if you order a drink from the pool bar in the day it is brought to your sunbed for you, another special touch from this hotel. Chris the night man is very funny and helpful too and is a genuine lovely fella. It is just a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff who stay the same year after year, and there a lots of wonderful guests there too who we have made our frim friends. I love it :o)

Room Tip: pick a seaview room
