While walking on the Camino Santiago (our tour group Camino Ways) booked us into this disgusting, flea bag, truck stop. The staff was unfriendly, the food they served was slop unfit for my dogs, and the room quality was a pure disgusting nightmare.
To name just a few choice experiences here: stained (with what I won't ask) bed linens; paper thin walls (you could hear EVERYTHING from either room around you); a solid half to full mile outside of town (a big deal if you've already walked in excess of 15 miles that day); white bread and coffee for breakfast; industrial sized vats of cheap shampoo/body wash left half empty for your potential use; postage sized bath towels; and no proper ventilation without opening the unscreened windows (which then let in a swarm of flies and mosquitoes).

Typical budget-friendly, functional room with twin beds pushed together. Room 104's mattresses were still firm, meaning they are not so old that you sleep in the pre-formed crease in the middle. Room was quiet and shower pressure/temperature was excellent. The two staff members I dealt with we're both kind and courteous. Wifi worked great in room which is important to me as a solo woman traveler. Good value for your money, especially if you want to have a guaranteed room to sleep in while walking the Camino.

Stayed here while on the Camino de Santiago. It's probably a kilometre or so walk from the Camino which seems a long way at the end/start of a day's walking but the big bathroom with deep bath and loads of hot water made up for the extra steps!

Dinner for us was not in the bar which had lots of atmosphere, but in a large cold function room. That was a bit disappointing but the food was fine. Breakfast was in the bar area - croissants and orange juice and coffee etc.

We had a delicious lunch washed down by rosé wine sitting outside the hotel - no complaints!
