“Has always been good.”
Reviewed July 20, 2013

We have used Albury's now on two separate trips and the boats are always clean, that staff is always more than helpful with luggage and contacting the house managers when we arrived early (both times) to meet us at the dock. As many travelers have posted, they are the one thing in the Bahamas you can count on. Don't be late! Wish the price was a little better but you are in the out islands. Can't wait to be back on your boat heading to Hope Town, again!

“Reliable”
Reviewed July 19, 2013

If you know The Bahamas, you'll know about 'island time'. This is probably the only business that operates to an exact timetable. Always on time and always reliable.

“Serves the purpose”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

You may or may not get a seat! The ferry is very much like a transit bus and unfortunately we took it at rush hour, so it seemed! If you are elderly or disabled, you will have a tough time getting in or off the ferry, especially when the tide is low. The gentlemen that work on the ferry will help you though.

“It's the way to go!”
Reviewed February 28, 2013

Unless you have a boat & you want to get to another island, this is the way to go. Watch the limited schedule & be at the dock or you'll spend the night where you started! That said, if your cabbie calls & gives them a heads up, they'll wait a bit for you. Experienced captain, enclosed cabin, sea-worthy boat, assistance with loading luggage: you're good to go!

“Albury's Ferry - dead solid”
Reviewed February 24, 2013

We took Albury's ferry from Marsh Harbor to Hope Town (on Elbow Cay). The boat was clean and well run. If you're going to Hope Town to browse the schedule is frequent enough to allow changes in plans if you decide that you want to extend your half day trip into the afternoon.
