Every year we host a year end party at our house for our friends from Georgian Peaks... and every year it's a lot of work! This year we contacted Stephanie from the Dam Pub about catering the event and providing some staff to help out. We've been to the Dam Pub many times and love the food and thought it would be a perfect fit for our party. Stephanie was great from the first call. She handled everything from customizing the delicious menu to the on site preparation and great staff that helped us all nite long. If you're looking for a caterer to take a load off your plate and wow your guests look no further than the Dam Pub.

My wife and I had the great pleasure to meet Patti and Bruce who took us on a fantastic journey of food and whiskey.

The food was quite wonderful and the service was excellent. Bruce took me on a whiskey journey, both intellectual and joyous for the pallet. I asked for his personal recommendations and they were fantastic.

I am lookimg forward to my next trip out there to both learn more and to taste some more of the stupendous variety they have on hand.

Im also very happy I brought a designated driver!

My husband and I read about this place in the Toronto Star and couldn't wait to try it out! From the minute we walked in our server for the night, Patti, was welcoming and very informative about the menu and the whisky they serve! Great atmosphere and amazing food!

For two British girls on holiday touring around Ontario, we've become used to getting easy food in fast food outlets. But what we actually want (and keep searching for) is fresh food, vegetables and a great atmosphere. We accidentally stumbled upon The Dam Pub on a driving tour of the Georgian Bay area...and boy, are we glad we did!!!!
We were welcomed by Patti, one of the staff, who did her upmost to make us feel at home. We were in awe of the array of whiskeys on offer (703 different ones!). Patti helped us to choose 3 good Canadian whiskeys to try (even though we usually drink Scottish...it'd be rude not to try the local stuff!). We tried a specially Collingwood 21 yr old rye whiskey (Patti's choice!), which was lovely. And Patti, if you're reading this review, we bought a bottle from LCBO to take home for my Dad!!!
We ate at the pub too and the food was SUBLIME!!!! Totally fresh, amazing grilled and steamed vegetables..everything we'd searched for. If you like beautiful fresh food, knowledgeable staff, a great atmosphere...and whiskey, then go to this pub!!! Can't recommend it highly enough!
